The Capillus Pro I purchased for >$1100 was too small for my head. There was no indication of sizing on the website.
After consultation with customer service, I was informed that since it didn't fit properly, it wouldn't work. She recommended I pay over $900 more to upgrade to larger model. Not willing to do that. I returned the Pro for reimbursement.
It was received by them on 9/26, yet no reimbursement to my credit card yet. No phone number to call them listed on website. Frustrating!

Customer service got back to me right away, which was great! I was contacting them because I was out of the Fine & Thinning Hair Shampoo and wanted to get another bottle. However, they ONLY sell it in the sets- which is unfortunate because all I needed was the shampoo. I did not need to spend $180 something on a set I did not need more of. I was very disappointed because that shampoo was awesome.

I purchased an LED light therapy mask thru my aesthetic doctor’s office. After 12 or so uses it was shutting off intermittently and changing LED color modes by itself. Although I was a bit outside the warranty/return period, I reached out to Capillus for assistance to see if they could troubleshoot the issue.
I worked with Isis, the customer service professional who answered my call and email.
After sharing a few photos and the serial number, Isis promptly issued a UPS return label so the unit could be sent back for the Technicians to review and troubleshoot.
Within 2 days of them receiving the mask, they sent an email that they identified a problem in the battery pack/electrical ribbon. They promptly sent a new replacement LED Mask, which I received the next day.
From my first contact, to receiving the new mask — was exactly one week. That’s amazing customer service!
I’m so appreciative of the professional service I received and how they stand behind the quality and performance of their products.
