I tried to order during your sale but no one actually responded until 3 weeks later and then not with the price I was told. Tired of wasting time here trying to spend too much money with this company. Going to find another option.

I WANT TO RETURN THIS CAP!

I’ve been trying to get a return authorization for months and NO ONE will respond. However, they are happy to flood my email and text with messages. Please tell me how to return the laser cap as it has done nothing to improve my hair situation.

Outstanding products and customer service representatives.

All customer service representatives who I have worked with since I started using Capillus products (2 years) have been knowledgeable about the products and responsive to all of my needs. One of the products malfunctioned 6 months after my purchase and they replaced it immediately. I have tremendous confidence in the quality of Capillus science, engineering service. There are competitors with similar products and claims, but I am staying with Capillus!

Amazing customer service
