I wanted to purchase a one time deep treatment for my hair in store in Italy. I do not speak in italian but my boyfriend was there to assist me in it. She kept pushing expensive shampoos and conditioners that I asked for a treatment. I told her I don't want to spend a lot of money and I only want a treatment but she was so pushy I left with 4 shitty products, anxiety and 56 euros short while she was still trying to upsell me for 100 euro hairstyler.
A week after I come back with all the items unopened, another staff refuses refund saying all she can do is allow me to pick other items to exchange it for and tries to once again make me spend more money on a hairstyler.
Scammy business model and shitty overpriced products. For this price range you would expect quality but no.

Treated very rudely. Purchased 2 UV nail polishes, which turned out to contain an ingredient that has been banned in EUROPE since 01-12-2023 according to cosmetic regulations. Even when showing the article of law, the employee refused to refund the money for the 2 products (which were unused, of course). The employee then became very rude and started spouting nonsense: "that probably only applies in your country." Apparently never heard of European regulations and certainly not of customer service! Definitely do not buy your products here!!
