We were unsure about ordering from this company; however, we received our order faster than expected. The large 5 panel picture came in perfect condition and is beautiful. We will consider buying from them again.

I was nervous ordering my framed canvas print from this company based on all the negative reviews, but I’m starting to believe that the shipping issues that I’ve read about was from the governments disrupting the supply chain during “covid”, because this product is coming from China. That said, I received my Star Wars framed canvas just about two weeks after I ordered it, and it was absolutely beautiful. The picture was clear and the colors were vibrant. I’m very satisfied and would not hesitate to order again.

I would rated them zero if I could. I ordered canvas for my son for Christmas, it’s June now, still had nothing delivered. They don’t reply to my emails and the customer service number does not connect. Disputed this with my bank, the company provided them with a made up tracking number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS BAD COMPANY😡

Thieves! Stole my money, Chinese thieves. I'm going to track them down. Disgusting! Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered something on 12/2 and still havent received it! Multiple phone contacts left me with the same message everytime saying please call back as we are extremely busy LOL?? What?? Had to email 5 times to get a response and I am still waiting on a refund. ITEMS SHIP FROM CHINA this is not a company that works out of the United States!!! I could have ordered the same panels on any other site that promised 1 week shipping. Absolutely horrible customer service and almost 3 months of waiting for a product I havent received it nor have a received my refund. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Took three months to receive order and that was only after filing a complaint with pay pal Never received shipping info, to this day when I look up my order it still says processing. Customer service sucks.

stay away from this company, the worst company to deal with, I ordered a product on December 8 and received it on February 20th, multiple contacts with this company and multiple excuses as to why it was not delivered, they represent themselves as a US company but deal directly with China.

Absolute trash! Stay away from this fake advertising site!
After waiting two month and spending over $150 we received a piece of crap that I wouldn’t buy at the $2 shop.
Disappointed and angry! Can’t get my money back but I am warning others not to fall to such scammers.

Stay away. Complete trash. Even the few reviews on here as fake as the address on their website. Claims to be out of Oregon and actually in China. Product I received will only be placed in garbage with the other trash. Don't waste your money.

It took about 5 weeks to receive our canvas. I was very nervous after I read these negative comments /rating...
But guess what, the canvas looks amazing! It was for my sister's Christmas present. She loves it! We all love it! The details and the colors turn out exactly like it is shown in the website. We order an XL 5 pieces of canvas, costs about $139. We are very happy with the product.
About no frame or with frame, make sure you read it carefully. I ordered with frame and they are all ready to hang, no damage at all.

Thank you Canvas Storm for excellent customer service. They get back to me right away when I asked them about my tracking order/shipping.

1 star reviews is GENEROUS for this place. We ordered a 5 piece Disney's Lion King wall painting for our nursery. The picture online looked really nice and bright. When the product came, the paint is dull and dark. It also shipped from China which is not mentioned on their site. When I asked to refund I am told that I have to ship the package back to their factory in China at my expense - when they are the ones with subpar product that does not match the online description. According to Canvas Storm's own refund policy on their site, they are responsible for the return of product that is "not as described". I just sent that back to Canvas Storm and am waiting on a response.

Needless to say, we will not be shopping with them again and I suggest that you look elsewhere as well.

Wanted the large 3 panel tiger poster but received a small 5 panel, lowest quality possible, badly cropped picture of The Beatles! Wait who??NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS OR ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IM DONE!

Very misleading information. Very misleading pictures. Received 2(5 peice) canvas pictures rolled up like posters. What am I suppose to do with that? Returns cover only 50% and you pay shipping. If I could give a negative star rating I would. This is the WORST website I've ordered from online.

We ordered two pieces on Nov. 28. One with frames and one without. The one without frames arrived after 5 weeks. The one with frames has never arrived. There is tracking information which shows that it has been in preshipment for 3 weeks.

This company appears to originate in Oregon, but they are actually in Beijing China. Sometimes they reply to emails, but the actual information is limited to the tracking number, which I am not sure is a real tracking number at this point. Our order number is Order #WCS25156] I would love to receive it still.

TOTAL SCAM...FALSE ADVERTISING! NO CONTACT NUMBER ..I HAVE A DISPUTE WITH THEM THROUGH PAYPAL...

This is false advertisement. I could buy this at the dollar tree. I paid over $100 for this product. Sizing on the website is incorrect. When you return they take 50% of your order. This place is overall junk I was so excited and my son was so excited to receive this picture and was so disappointed. Massive disappointment.

Very misleading - it appeared that this was a UK company - until I purchased then it stated to allow up to 31 days for delivery (I don’t think there is anywhere in the uk it would even take 31 days to walk!!)
I chose the unframed option as I was lead to believe (looking at the illustrations) that framed was framed and unframed was the canvas.
What I received are out of focus prints on a rolled up poor quality canvas, I could draw better images blindfolded and I’m no artist!
Gutted to say the least as this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my young nephew, not only did he not receive it in time for Christmas I am now trying to send it back. Such a shame when I could barely afford it but wanted to treat him for doing so well this year - complete rip off company.
Absolutely stay away from this company. I’m now trying to get reimbursed- hopefully the fact that I paid through PayPal will ensure that I get a full refund.

Really bad experience - I will never buy again, or recommend this shop to anyone! Poor and slow communication when I repeatedly asked for information about my order, after weeks passed without any shipping notification or any updates at all after order confirmation. As others mentioned, this is made and shipped from China, despite the website using a US phone number and address, which is (in my opinion) blatantly deceitful. **PAY ATTENTION** to the details when selecting if you want framed or unframed... if you select unframed, you are going to receive loose un-stretched canvas pieces, rolled into a little box. Really not worth the money, at all! Keep looking, and do your homework before buying. This buy was a total BUST for me!

Total SCAM!!! Same review as the others. This company is in China (using a fake USA address) and they don't process your order until you complain to PayPal. They ignore any direct communication to them. I placed order 11/29 for Christmas present. Today, 12/20, I have nothing. Cancelled order multiple times but they refuse to cancel it even though it has not yet shipped from China. Obviously, I'm not going to get it for Christmas (if ever, based on other reviews), so I don't want product any more. It wasn't customized or framed, so there should be no problem. They refuse to cancel my order. I hope PayPal does the right thing and refunds my money and stops doing business with them. Btw, they have an "F" rating with BBB and are not accredited. STAY AWAY!!

Wishing I had read these reviews before ordering anything from this scam. Yep, the tracking numbers are spoofed & when PayPal contacted them their response was the original email confirmation of the order. I am glad I only trusted them with forty bucks. With all these complaints one would think PayPal would stop doing business with CanvasScam.
