ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!

I placed my order for a bed on 30 April with standard delivery. It was dispatched on 2 May - 3 weeks later, there is still no sign of the bed. The company does not answer the phone at all, and except an email stating they will have the warehouse investigate, there is still no outcome. I have emailed multiple times, with no response.

Paid for next day delivery still waiting

Paid for next day delivery, a week later and still not arrived. Said would come by courier but is actually coming by Royal Mail not a courier (tracking number code).
No response to emails.
No answer by telephone.
Very unhappy and my little dog is cold, waiting for her Hotter fleece jumper.
Paid more with this company as it said next day delivery… will not use again. Buyer beware..

Unfortunately the compounding effect of back to back Royal Mail strikes and the additional Christmas volume has had a large impact on all deliveries this year. Heartbreakingly Horrible

I've tried calling the number again and it shows you only work Monday to Friday.

I'm extremely upset by the experience I've had so far as I feel canine concepts have given me a horrible experience from Thursday. Horrible.

My relative who is very ill is now extremely panicked and I feel terrible.

Why did I have to choose canine concepts? Why did your website have to look straight forward and offer services that weren't even available?

Why when I was sent tracking information was I only sent a number but not even made aware of who the courier was? Why was I not made aware then that the order was split into two deliveries with separate couriers?

Why do I still not know who is delivering the second part of the delivery? Or have any tracking information.

Apparently it was supposed to come yesterday but by who I don't know and I have no notes through the door to say anything was attempted.

I'm absolutely devastated. I suffer a lot with mental health not that I should have to advise this. I'm going through a LOT right now and this entire experience has taken a toll on me and my relative. Which I was trying to order all in one go for next day delivery for her to try and resolve a large stress she had been having. We are at home providing 24hr care to this relative and I've spent two days crying trying to explain that I don't know what's going on with her items.

I never thought one order could have so many errors.

I will never order from canine concepts again.

I am returning the item that was delivered and don't even know how to return an item I have no tracking for. They could say it's been delivered and I don't even know because I know nothing about it. The guy I spoke with on the phone on both occasions was very unhelpful and made me feel annoying. I'm devastated.

BRILLIANT Will definitely be recommending your…

Will definitely be recommending your company. I bought a trailer to put on my bike to carry my puppy, such good quality, strong and sturdy and didn’t even feel like it was on there when I was going along. He loves it as well 🐶 such a speedy delivery to. One very happy customer😍

Appalling service

I imagine it's a horrible family emergency for anyone who's beloved companion has become incontinent.
We have been dealing with our large dogs incontinence every morning we come down to find both dog and furnature covered in feces and urine.
For us the nappies couldn't arrive fast enough. Everything I bought arrived except the nappies that never arrived and when pushed the companies would not explain if they were out of stock or what happened they would not send out replacements. Just sent a refund (several months later) and have ignored subsequent emails.
The nappies are still advertised in their shop they just won't sell them to me. I now have 2 ruined sofas I've had to rip up the carpet and can't afford furniture that isn't stained by & stinking of urine & feces. This could have been avoided if they actually provided the services they advertise or even had bothered to email me letting me know they couldn't full fill the order rather than leave me waiting desperately for something that wasn't coming. I'm frankly furious.

Seems review scores aren't always to be trusted.

Purchased a bird cage (Primo 50) which was delayed by courier. When it arrived it was damaged, called Canine Concepts, late on a Wednesday afternoon, to inform them of the issue, make them aware that we needed it for the next day and to see what they could do.

After some of the reviews I was really not sure what to expect, rung them but to no avail, tried again a few moments later. Got a very polite individual, who asked me to forward him on some pictures of the damage to confirm what I had told him, no haggling, no debates, just Amazon levels of customer service

At the end of the call he said he would be able to replace the item next day if I got the pictures to him asap and was to give the damaged one to charity?

So as requested sent the pics and awaited a reply..., within 10mins I had received an email with dispatch info and a tracking number, stating that the replacement was due for delivery tomorrow.

Tomorrow came, so did the cage. Undamaged and on time. I can highly recommend them, me and my feathered friend really cannot complain. A quality service and hugely appreciate there efficiency and overall professionalism.

Item not fit for purpose, customer service was a bit poor

So I ordered a pet stroller at nearly £60 which was delivered ok but within less than two months of occasional usage, one of the legs of the stroller suddenly buckled during use one day whilst our small dog with a medical condition was in it. It was lucky that our pet didn't suffer any injury as a result as it could easily have caused any dog to be thrown out of the stroller. The item was clearly not fit for purpose lasting only less than two months.

Emailed Canine Concepts on several occasions with zero response from them but after a bit of persistence they eventually refunded the item so grateful for that.

item returned emailed them never respond......

I received my item to which was way smaller then on the website so i paid for it to be returned to them and asked for a replacement size up as they were no good to me, all they did was just gave me e partial refund !!!!! no sorry to hear this nothing.....i have emailed them on several occasions and i have had no response from them at all.....
Also the postage on my item was £1.96 they charged me £4.00 which i paid but they don't give you a cheaper option.... all in all i wouldn't give them another penny as if you have issues they don't respond thought they were a pet friendly company !!!!!!

Excellent service Quality Product

Excellent service. They honestly saved the day. I had ordered from two other well known companies a giant dog crate and its accessories, but been badly let down. The clock was ticking as I needed it by this weekend. Eventually found these guys via goggle,
Im so glad I did. Within 24hours the crate etc was here and i'm so impressed by its quality far exceeded what I expected sturdy well made crate. I spoke to them via the telephone yesterday really professional & polite. Great service. Very happy customer.

Competitive prices

I ordered a Danish Design coat from here for my dog on January 9th. I chose economy delivery (normally 4-7 days) and it arrived today, around twenty days later - however, I am aware that there are severe postage delays due to COVID-19, as most of my parcels from most places have been delayed, so this wasn't a problem.
The price was very reasonable and I recieved communication that the package had been dispatched.
Overall, I'd recommend.

Review of review!

I have previously written a review on this company complaining that I had been waiting for nearly a month for my order.
In fairness to canine concepts they have now sent another pet bed, which is as stated in their advertising. I'm sure it will be very comfortable for my cat.
Also I want to add that I had inadvertantly said I'd been waiting nearly a month, when it's actually 2/3 weeks.

Poor customer service

Ordered a Hotterdog fleece coat and paid extra (£7.99) for special carrier 1 - 2 day delivery. The delivery arrived after 4 days via Royal Mail. The coat was too big so unfortunately needed to be returned. I emailed requesting a partial refund of the delivery charge as I felt it had been mis sold. Refund for the coat received today with no mention of delivery charge or a response to my email. Nothing wrong with the products but really poor customer service, will not be using again!

Quick delivery and better value than shopping elsewhere

Ordered a cat litter tray that was significantly cheaper to buy from Canine Concepts, my first purchase.
Absolutely delighted with it and it was sent during the covid-19 crisis well packaged with me receiving it the second day after purchase. Will certainly be a returning customer for any of my pet product requirements.
