I paid for a consultation but I never received one. I was instructed to wait for a phone call from the doctor at a specific time. I didn't receive any calls, or messages, or emails regarding the issue. I messaged Candor on their website messaging system and emailed the support team regarding the matter, but almost 3 days have past and I haven't received any response.

I booked in with candor as I had read some good things online on reddit. However upon booking there was 0 communication even though I paid for my “consult”. No communication at all on when my consult would be booked with a doctor or when my forms submitted would be reviewed. All I had on my dashboard was a generic message stating a nurse would be in contact with me soon. Days went by and I heard nothing. I started to get frustrated as I had paid for service I was yet to receive. Message upon message sent and only the support chat got back to me telling me they could not help and I had to wait to hear back from the nurse. I only heard back after I sent a message requesting a refund due to the lack of communication. Candor need better customer service and a phone number to call instead of leaving customers to rectify an issue via a chat box. There’s not even an email to contact them on. Overall a really disappointing experience and have now gone elsewhere.

Contrary to some reviews I found overall experience great. Researched companies via Reddit where Candor has more support. The Dr. (James) was great and I opted for post option which seems to be the way to go, as other experiences are generally failures from a logistical standing point. Took less than week from initial site visit to delivery. Lastly, Product (Heyday Oils) are great and dosage recom. pretty much exactly achieved the help I needed with anxiety/insomnia and more. Dulled some of my autistic hypersensitivities and much found less stimming required in stress/trigger situations now. So very pleased overall and thankyou.

I recommend Candor to all friends and family. Product range is great, if you are a relatively low needs/self managed with your medication or have cannabis knowledge then Candor is great for you. Support team isnt always available/doesnt have the best responses so if you are quite anxious or inexperienced and require that extra support Candor might not be for you, but for those of us that have cannabis experience and are happy to have a pretty collaborative treatment plan with their doctors then Candor is for you! I really like the number of pharmacies they are linked to, makes collecting medication a breeze ☺️

Switched over from Plntd to Candor due to constant issues with Plntd being out of stock and forcing you to one chemist. Switched to Candor as I have many options of 35 chemists, cheaper postage, less processing fees more stock availability and medicinal brand choices. The doctor doing the follow up Dr James Slade was absolutely incredible. He spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining every detail of the natural treatments how every compound works full scientific break downs of how it works in the body. Honestly never had a doctor ever go into so much effort intellectually communicating every aspect of said medicine and how it works on the neuro level. Genuinely an asset to the company and arguably one of the best doctors in this industry. Highly highly recommend. What a welcome change after dealing with the previous bad company I was with.

I left the company 7 months ago. The manager Leigh doesn’t know how to run a business. She doesn’t know how to employ staff that do their jobs and she doesn’t reply or do her job! I’ve waited 7 months for a reply to a refund for a service they never provided. Just took my money and ran. It took me two other people after speaking to Leigh to get my refund… and another week because she never put it through after telling me she did. but it doesn’t matter about me. My husband stayed with the company and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Problem after problem and when they do get back to you once a week they treat you like you were born yesterday! He’s now made a purchase on Saturday for medication he needs for extreme back pain from a football injury and other issues… I get they think it’s funny to run people around like this when they only smoke recreationally so they clearly don’t understand.. but people actually need this medication for medical reasons… they won’t let my husband speak to his original Dr, Dr Lisa Beckett who apparently made this horrible company. We’ve tried multiple avenues outside the company to get in touch with her to explain our problems but she doesn’t care about patients. This Dr completely abandoned the whole process after a year of speaking with him and then without informing him they chucked him with another random Dr and now he’s suffering weekly trying to deal with them to get medication. This place is ridiculous……. I’ve emailed Leigh again and again no reply and I don’t expect to ever receive one…The worst customer service I’ve seen in three different countries for medical cannabis says a lot… this has finally convinced him to leave now. Well done losing 2 customers in a matter of 7 months. What a joke.

Had some trouble with being prescribed the wrong script. The candor nurses, support team and even their lead GP all helped me out to get it sorted out quickly and easily. Dr James Slade is an absolute legend living.
Definitely happy with Candor.
Only recommendation would be to offer a physical plastic card to authorise the ownership of the product.

THE WORST most unprofessional company. They steal your money literally tell you your product is avaliable and takes pre payment to spend your time, fuel, to get to chemist and find out no sorry the product isn’t even in stock at selected pick up chemist 🤬😡 2nd time it’s happened to me and nearly a problem occurring weekly. DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT JOIN CANDOR MEDICAL THEY ARE SHIT 2/10. I give them a 1-2 star because my dr, Dr. slade was amazing the rest useless, 7-14day refund wait now and $40 petrol and 1.5 hours wasted! All round just not a good time, like many 'cannabis clinics'. Legally questionable (if not legally, certainly ethically) practices when it comes to charging for script release.
Customer service sucks/is non-existent.
End up spending twice as much money as you should need to with them, because scripts are constantly out of stock or discontinued and you're left with no choice but to sacrifice all repeats for a single sub and then are required to pay for a new consult weeks/months earlier than required anyway.
The 4 script limit and 10 day interval, doesn't allow for any safety net if, for example, 2 or more of your scripts are unable to be filled for whatever reason and the pharmacy is unable to get in touch with the prescriber and the consumer is unable to get in touch with Candor.
Somebody here in their review compared them to an eBay seller, but tbh even eBay sellers customer service these days are a step above this and most other clinics (thank you eBay). Running a business as if 'the customer has no other choice but do put up with our nonsense' will not last long.
Welcoming legislative changes to put these types of clinics not acting in the patients best interest, out of business.
Taking on more than you can chew at the expense of your customers experience and ability to seek out assistance if needed is not an excuse. I don't care that you have so many patients you cannot adequately manage them all.
There needs to be more accountability around reasonable expectations from the customer and definitive time-frames to have things done.
Making a formal complaint to APHRA and/or OHO as this place is not being run like a medical practice. I would strongly suggest you do the same if you're also having issues.
It's worth noting that these guys actually hide your scripts/purposefully don't upload to MySL, so you cant go anywhere else to fill your medication when there are issues with their own provider but they also do not respond in a timely manner/without constant follow up over several days. Power in numbers and vote with your feet!

Applied on 11/01/2025, was quite a detailed questionnaire.
Wasn't contacted until 15/01/2025 by a nurse, who asked me more questions and asked me to provide them with access to my MyHealthRecord. Instructions for giving them access were out-of-date.
Took until the 20th before a different nurse acknowledged it.
Later, on the 20th a third nurse said they'd send me a link to make an appointment with the doctor. No link arrived - their instructions were again incorrect i.e. they don't send a link but just make the appointment booking system available to you - had to figure this out myself.
Made an appointment for 21/01/2025, but didn't hear from the doctor. When I enquired as to why not, a fourth nurse suggested my phone might not be capable of receiving private calls - this was incorrect, as I'd already tested it in advance.
Had to schedule another appointment for the 22/01/2025. This time gave them two phone numbers to call me on, but again I heard nothing from them - no calls to either number, no messages left, no TXTs - just a generic email to say the consult was over.
They were happy to take my consult fee in advance, though and demand access to MyHealthRecord.
Overall, a stressful experience and a waste of my time and money.

A number of issues with regards to contact within their systems. Be aware they will debit you for a pre consult but that you may end up with nothing. A refund under the Australian medical authority should be sought.

They have a good range of products but to get to that you have to constantly contact them to keep it moving along, the support doesnt exist ive had no response for 6 days, with prompts.
Ive been sent mouldy switched product and tried to get it fixed or at least try to, alas not a word from anyone bar the pharmacy.
