Absolutely horrid customer service. I need an inhaler for my cat. Received the script from my doctor and uploaded it. Was not contacted within 24 hours to inform me there was a problem, as they said they would. Submitted my order on Friday, March 20th, and received a call on March 31st that there was an issue with the script. Due to the directions provided by the doctor, I was unable to purchase the three inhaler bundle (despite the script being for a quantity of three).
Reached out after the call and got a new script that had no refills and a quantity of three. Now there is an issue because the directions were not carried over. Did I receive a call about it? No, I had to follow up on my own. Called and was informed everything was fine and processing. Still no shipping notification. Reached out and re-provided the script and was told to check back in 1-2 days. (Should I have received a call within 24 hours to be told the script wouldn't work - why yes, yes I should have.... did I? Nope). Reached out 2 days later to deal with a customer service rep that I think I have dealt with before (unless they all use the same generic names), who was unpleasant, unfriendly, and borderline rude through the messaging platform. It has now been almost 20 days that my cat has gone without an inhaler. I have talked with 3 reps and 1 supervisor, and the best part is, I don't know if the new script has been accepted yet. So potentially more issues. All because I wanted to save some money with the three-inhaler bundle instead of buying one inhaler.
I understand that the directions not being carried over were an issue, but there were many opportunities for me to be informed and have the issue rectified, and they did not.

The last 3 orders were delayed weeks. The current order is lost, waiting on word back from you. I’m now out of Wegovy, with no shots. The change to shipping from the UK is unreliable.
