From ordering to the delivery it was a smooth and easy process but i would recommend to improve the updates about the order. I think i would have liked to get a notification with more details about the time of the delivery or something like that. But over all everything went very well and i can absolutely recommend this website.

I want to thank Canada Flowers and their affiliate in Kemptville ON for the stunning bouquet you put together The lilies and all of the colours in the bouquet looked gorgeous-the recipient was delighted.
As well as creating a beautiful arrangement the florist who delivered the flowers in Kemptville was professional and thoughtful, making the whole experience rewarding.

Very efficient ordering experience: a great selection of flowers at good prices and my order arrived on time. The recipient was thrilled with the bouquet.

The flowers were ok, didn’t look nearly as full and put tighter as the picture online, the vase was also supposed to be red glass, and they just stuff some clear wrapper inside with some red accents. My girlfriend was happy, but for the price of over $115 I kinda expected them to be much nicer, I even upgraded from the standard option. Not sure I would order again from here in the future with so many other options available

The online ordering was easy and although I anticipated that the arrangement would not look exactly as pictured, as they never are, I didn’t appreciate the dying, old roses that were included in the arrangement. If they were fresher it would have been so beautiful. Everything else went as planned.

Deeply disappointed—drastic drop in quality and misleading photosI have used Canada Flowers in the past and their arrangements used to match the online photos. Unfortunately, their quality has severely dropped. I ordered a "standard" arrangement and explicitly made sure the online photo I selected represented the standard option.When the flowers arrived, my family was shocked and deeply disappointed. The arrangement was laughably small—slightly larger than the size of my wife's palm.I filed a formal complaint. Customer service responded by claiming their website photos are intentionally designed "one-sided" to showcase variety and fullness. This explanation is completely unacceptable; even looking at the arrangement from directly above, it lacked the volume, fullness, and value promised in the photo. What they call "transparency" feels like intentionally misleading marketing. I will not be ordering from them again.

The ordering and delivery went well we had no problem on that side but the bouquet we received was not the same as the one we ordered. the bouquet did not include the specific flowers that was included online and that was the only reason i ordered this bouquet. I am very disappointed with that

Great work guys. Flowers were even nicer than the website photos. Delivery was right on time. Will definitely deal with again
