Absolutely ridiculous payment policy regarding both payment methods and how they process them. They will not allow any form of debit mastercard nor prepaid card accounts like KOHO. The money gets put... See more

I tried to order online
I tried to order online, went to sign up as I had purchased there in the past but that failed. Went to guest checkout, they needed a verification code sent to my phone(weirdly) but then my shopping cart is empty and I can't purchase from them. I tried again, and then a third time... They don't want your business, they just want your email and phone number.
Very helpful and patient Canada computer staff at hwy7 & warden
I visited the Markham Canada Computer store today located in Warden & Hwy7, Jason the guy from service pointed out an important point - the device I bought is supposed to be used in a laptop and not a tablet, so he patiently helped me test the device on my tablet chromebook, he is very knowledgeable and patient. And he is honest, instead of always trying to get me to buy extra stuff, he told me that I dont need to buy an extra cable. I truly think that he is more helpful and more honest compared to some other guy at another famous electronics chain store!
If you value your money and time
If you value your money and time. Don't spend your money at this store. Horrible site navigation, and if you buy an equipment and didn't even open the box and wants to return, they won't accept back because "I bought the product "on sales".
Spent $1.900 CAD and this how they treat a customer.
Never will buy anything at this store.
I bought a Red Dragon sports chair
I bought a Red Dragon sports chair. Was told I couldn't return it!
Apparently the reason for no return was because it is a cheap chair!
To begin with, the width is so slight that it takes a good deal of time to accustom your backside to being comfortable in it, still not used to that.
To top it off, after a very short while my chairs cylinder collapsed. I sent several emails requesting help and was completely ignored.
I even asked the company if they could sell me parts to fix it myself, again ignored.
I eventually put a heavy duty rubber tube surrounded by 3 large hose clamps.
I used to buy all my stuff from these charletons, now I will only buy things like mousepads.
Too bad, I really wanted access to a good supplier of computers parts, and periferals . . .

Website is unreachable 75% of the time.I guess they are too busy for more customers.Wanted to buy a laptop but after numerous failures to even reach their homepage, I ended up going elsewhere
I ordered a laptop and within a day
I ordered a laptop and within a day, it had been shipped. Laptop box was properly padded but was light enough to be carried. Laptop had no scratches on it and works like a charm. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good and cheap Laptop.
Their online shopping is such a joke
Their online shopping is such a joke. I placed my order and use a credit card, on the bank side the transaction is successful. Yet two days no email or any order update from CC so I email them and they told me they don't accept this card. Yet no email was sent to me. No notification or anything. They just wasted my time and took my money.
If you don't take this card why did it went through successfully? Why nobody bother to email me and tell me? And even at one point I logged into my account and CANNOT FIND MY ORDER.
What a useless trash scamy company.
would give it negative stars if i could
would give it negative stars if i could

Canada Computers never have stock
Canada Computers never have any online stock, look for anything!....It's sold out.
AVOID CANADA COMPUTER BARRIE
Bought a Yanmai Ultra Compact Wireless Microphone System at Canada Computers Barrie, for recording. It consistently cut the beginnings of words off from a male trainer’s conversational-volume speaking. Reliably cut off “s” and “t” sounds. Got much better results in the identical environment with a $30 lavalier mic.
Tried to take it back to Canada Computers 2 days later. No refund. No exchange. No use to me. They kept my full $108.99 and will never see me again.
Should understand that the customer is always right, like Amazon. Or refund at least the markup and the tax.
This was the only store for me for…
This was the only store for me for computer parts. I ordered online and CC failed to deliver them to me. Police are now involved.
I've met one bad employee
I waited 1 week for a device to be transferred from another store but I did get a bargin. 4 store visits and 4 different levels of customer service, one so bad I didn't want to return t the store ever again.
The flyer is worth reading but I'll order online next time.
Would rate it lower if I could
Would rate it lower if I could. There’s no standardization to their store practices and procedures. Return policy changes from employee to manager to employee and they won’t stand by what’s posted on CC online. Won’t offer alternative solutions for defective equipment. Awful customer service and quality of products
They don’t stand behind the product…
They don’t stand behind the product they . Consumer is left to fend for themselves . May as well have thrown my money down the toilet
Avoid at all costs especially their repair centre
I dropped 6k on a custom PC build and I got 4 defective parts at a time I went there to tell them about it, but they wanted to charge me like 40 to 50 bucks just to look at it even though I know what’s wrong And say that I damaged it even though there’s no physical damage, and after they touch it, I found physical damage to some of the CPU pins on my motherboard and they refuse To replace the part that I said was defective, which was Two ram modules they said they tested it and found no problems but when I tested, I found a huge amount of issues pointing to the ram so clearly they don’t know what they’re doing and they take advantage of people who don’t know what they’re doing. I watched this man pay $300 for storage upgrade on his laptop, even though he brought in his own part and it would’ve only taken two seconds just to pop the lid off and replace the SSD
Canada Computers lost a 30 year…
Canada Computers lost a 30 year customer. The tech support was condescending. They refused to credit me for a flakey motherboard. I will never shop there again. Hello Amazon
Do NOT trust their Tech Care Warranty - SCAM
Had a water pump in my PC fail unfortunately, however I had purchased the 3yr tech care warranty. Of course they needed to verify the issue themselves which I understand, but having my PC for 5 days is a bit much for something that probably took 20 minutes. Anyways they call me to say the unit is defective and they have already swapped in the replacement for me - which at first I thought was nice of them, as I had planned on doing that myself. In hindsight though I feel it was so I wouldn't "notice" what had actually happened until I got home with my PC.
When I got my PC home and switched it on I immediately noticed the replacement was not what I had originally purchased.
To be specific my original pump was a Kraken Z53 with the 2.5" LCD display on the pump head (the ENTIRE pump head).
What I had been replaced with was the new "base" model Kraken with a 1.5" screen that is only a small square within the larger pump head. Looks really tacky, and I never would have purchased this version ! Looking at my receipt I also see there is a large price gap between my original pump and the replacement, about $70 worth that was NOT refunded to me. Thing is, my original pump still exists, but had been re-branded as the Kraken Elite, for a higher price, which I would just chalk up as 3 years of inflation - not my problem. But of course this greedy company didn't want to lose more money and replace with an equivalent, so they opted to downgrade me without my permission.
When I called to complain and search for a better solution I was met with a brick wall of "this is the decision head office has made". When I asked them to re-evaluate the situation, as I feel though I am being ripped off, they instead strengthened there position of "this is what you're getting, take it or leave it".
I offered to compromise, and pay the difference to get the equivalent of what I had before. Nope, no compromise. No apologies or even a hint of empathy. Just cold robotic corporate BS. I ended up returning their replacement unit and taking back my defective one to pursue the manufacturers factory warranty of 6 years.
When someone purchases an extended warranty on their product , FOR ADDITIONAL COST, they do so expecting it to be a smooth and hassle free process, and that their product will be replaced with an equivalent or better if none is available. You don't replace someones 55" TV with a 48" because there are no 55's available.
You don't replace someones V8 engine with a V6, because it's now depreciated. That's not how warranty works.
The fact that Canada Computers wasn't even willing to compromise with me shows how little to me they care about customer satisfaction. I will never purchase another product from this shady, scummy, greedy company ever again, and I suggest you do the same.
To any of you floor staff that may be reading this, my quarrel is with your management - you guys have always been good to me.
Worst customer service Hands down!
I bought an office chair from them and after assembly, I found out that one of screws for the headrest doesn't go all the way in. I brought the chair for them to check it out, but the manager insisted that it was my fault and he refused to exchange it nor give me my money back and told me that I can sue the company for that matter. After, I refused to leave the store without getting my problem fixed, the manager called the cops on me , but I was waiting for the cops to show up, he decided to give me a part taken from a demo chair. Honestly, it's worst customer service I ever came across. I hope that Canada computers goes out of business , because they are vey bad!
I cant believe they are still in business
Only place where you can buy a brand new laptop with 3 out of 12 months of vendor warranty expired.
Also the only place where English is optional as well as knowing your job.
Only place where i was accused of deleting ALL the apps that come with windows 11 because they could not figure out how to work the start menu.
Only place where a stress test trumps any problem you might have with your purchase.
Litterally Stole Money From Me
I bought 1300$ of computer parts. Canada Computer made a mistake with the price of my RAMs. I tried to deal with them to solve the issue and they said they would correct the mistake but they just closed the case without telling me. I tried to deal with my bank to get my money back. Canada Computer finally made a refund but the day after they litterally cancelled it! I'm still trying to get my money back since then. They are the worst!
