DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!!

I’ve had an on going claim with them almost 3 years, I’ve been passed about different colleagues of there’s multiple times who constantly send me the same letters which IVE ALREADY SIGNED AND RETURNED.. there impossible to get in contact with. They never return phone calls. In a nutshell they aren’t bothered about your claim. In the end I’ve accepted liability of a accident that wasn’t my fault because I do not trust them in court. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!

FRAud

These people treating me that I will get nothing if I do not accept a little offer they have made. They have been handling my case over 3 years to make costs (£14K nearly) but it was me who was injured. so yeah they will still cut 25% from the compensation. They hide information from their customers just to make more money. They have a rating of 2.8!!! and from the experience of working there rating of 2 !!!
I believe I could handle my case much better myself and negotiate much better compensation than they did. Now I am thinking to sue them and to make a negligence claim against them !!! How bad is that ?! you cannot trust people who should represent you! Where is the work ethic?
Their licences should be taken off !!!

Highly recommended. Thank you :)

I ended up going through camps for a personal injury claim through being rear ended whilst stationary at a red traffic light. Quite a straight forward case which has taken over 2 years so I've been in contact quite regularly for updates.
I'd like to thank the whole camps team and personally thank Carly Sansom for being very thorough and patient.
This is the first review I've ever written, so I've had to look at a few others on here just for a bit of a guideline how to write one. Quite shocked about the reviews being 1 star and the bad experiences if I'm honest. Unsure if I'm just one of the lucky ones or the other reviews are a bit buthurt that things didn't go their way.

I would highly recommend camps myself. They were very clear with communicating the process of how the claim would work, their fees and time frames.
I was unfortunate enough to have to go through a claim, but quite fortunate to find camps for the help - the compensation I've received isn't just 'bonus cash', it's actually been put to good use to rectify the set back of the accident.
Thank you Carly.S & Camps - no offense, I hope I never have to use your services again, but should I ever need to I will return to yourselves

These people are scammers - beware

These people are scammers. Be very careful. Have lied and deceived throughout the claim which has dragged on for 2 years and are now using scare tactics to try and extort over £6000 from us. Initially told us they were working with our insurance company, have since found out this was a lie and they use a marketing company to cold call, tell lies and tout for business. They then refuse any responsibility for this process. They have refused a legitimate DPA request for personal information to be released because they know the information they hold on file will prove they have been useless and deceptive, we are now having to get another solicitor involved to try and sort the mess out as they are shutting down our complaint without allowing us a chance to prove what we are saying. Am in the process of complaining about this firm to the ICO and the SRA as they are without morals, rude and horrible bullies.

Outrageous company

Outrageous company .
Firstly I'd like to agree with above comments especially about the rude incompetent staff .
Involved in a car crash 3 years ago, my son finally had his court date last week, my son was award the full pay and the judge denied the outrageous fees camps wanted yet when I received the final letter they are taking the fees anyway .
They loose every letter you send to them and drag out cases for unknown reasons .
I will be seeking advice to take these useless robbing sods to court

Absolutely atrocious company

Absolutely atrocious company. The young paralegals you speak to are so rude and speak over you constantly. I was in so much pain and didn't have the strength to argue with them. They said I would receive private treatment which never happened. They had my medical records for over 4 months and did nothing all the time I was suffering unimaginable pain. They dragged it out for no reason I can see it got to the stage where is had enough I have now changed solicitors and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done. I also asked to put a complaint in so the lady transferred me to the relevant department the man who spoke to me was the guy who was supposedly meant to be dealing with my claim so I couldn't even do that. I had to ask my mother to phone as I didn't want to contact them i couldn't deal with them, They were also very rude to her. I only used them after the accident as they were working with my insurance company and they put me straight through to them so I thought I had to use their services due to what I thought was the law change. I would advice anyone please do not under any circumstances use their services solicitors like this should be shut down immediately

Very,very poor please read

Seemed professional at first but when it gets down to the nitty gritty they haven't got a clue what their doing. They put me through three years of hell, even though the crash wasn't my fault. They lost information multiple times, would call me asking the same questions over and over again because they misplaced or Mis-logged the info. Stay well away from this firm especially lee Quinn's section. My advice would be to stick to smaller indepeandant firms as this is a classic case of a company which has got to large for its own good and ran by imbeciles who have only compelled the shortest and minimalist legal course. Their incompatency nearly cost me thousands. Beware of the scam they run also where they pay for your car to be fixed by an overpriced garage without your insurances approval then try and charge you for it when things start going pear shaped. Stay well away from this firm also known as camps
