I wouldn't rate this company at all avoid at all cost. I paid for a camper van on line months in advance. However when I collected the camper van it was completely different to the 1 I paid for. It's completely filthy inside and out I personally would be ashamed to let any of my family and friends to go anywhere near it. Let alone rent it out. I phoned the company to ask why I haven't been given the camper van I paid for the first 2 times I phoned and spoke to a lady she kept hanging the phone up on me. Eventually when I spoke to someone they wasn't helpful at all. I was told someone would be in contact with me but no body did call me back. I feel completely let down by this company it's ruined my holiday I've saved up for years for this dream holiday just to be let down by this company I honestly can't wait to take the camper van back and go home.

Camperdays provide dangerous campers. My son and I felt very hard on our backs when climbing out of bed, because the camper had no stairs or handle to grap. You must stand in the slippery sink. They don't intervine with the local company in Darwin, or arrange other safe transport or give the double paid money back. Book immediately at a local Britz or Apollo agent, to safe money and trouble.

USELESS Website and communications! Inaccurate and incomplete information on website. Finally spoke to very pleasant lady after many attempts. She said she would send me more photos and quote for my chosen dates. They never arrived. I emailed my request 3 more times, never got a reply.

Use of Camper Days proved to be good way of exploring RV/camper van options across a number of companies for a trip in Canada. I have one important cautionary note, which is that the system rejected a credit card that I used - stating that it could not be authenticated and advised me to use another form of payment, which I did - only to find that my first payment was then accepted resulting in a double payment. Camper Days needs to have a system in place that does not accept a payment having advised a customer to use an alternative method. This aspect of booking needs improving. Otherwise, no problems.

alles prima; The reservation was fast and efficient. Now I wait to see the booked campervan...

Easy booking process. Good choice, and prices appear better than going direct. Almost instant response to e-mail question.
Very easy booking process with lots of detail about the camper’s. Confirmation of booking received very quickly

I rented a camper van, then cancelled the reservation 62 days before the start of the reservation. According to their Cancellation Policy, if you cancel 62 days before the start of the reservation, you receive a full refund.
They only refunded $3446.65 of the $3853.10 original charge (retaining $406.45), claiming I owe them a $330 cancellation fee because in the General Terms and Policies (NOT in their Cancellation Policy) it says I'm also bound by the terms of the underlying company they are renting the camper van from; and that in THAT company's policy, is states they will not process a cancellation until the next business day, which was apparently 2 days later.
This is very misleading. I look to CamperDays Cancellation Policy to state their terms.
I then had to dispute that the $406.45 they kept is not $330; they claimed the difference was because of exchange rates. However, the exchange rate was $1.01 EU = $1 US at the time. They did refund an additional $78.04.
I had to dispute the remaining charge with my credit card company.
Extremely disappointed -- this company is just trying to make extra $$ wherever they can.

Living in the UK, we arranged a 10 day US camper van (RV) holiday out of Los Angeles through CamperDays. I spent ages finding a good RV rental firm, but I booked through CamperDays (instead of directly with the firm) because the insurance and complete deal offered by CamperDays was a much better value.
When I initated the reservation I had a typo in my email address, and I was originally worried that my order was lost. But they swiftly and professionally responded to my emails and corrected the error.
Most important part of my experience was dealing with a problem at pick-up. The RV rental firm told us that we were responsible for charges that were clearly already included in the CamperDays rental agreement (a daily generator fee). I contacted CamperDays about this and they promptly refunded me the additional charge.
So! Overall, great offering and excellent follow-through on service.

Good price good customer support.
We had a really good collaboration with camperDays. Unfortunately we put in the wrong dates for our rental and had to cancel our reservation. But we received the full refund with no problems or headaches.
Highly recommended
I do recommend CamperDays and we have booked through them again using a different motorhome hire company. There were multiple issues during the hire of a Cruise America motorhome. Cruise America in my opinion fell far short of providing a reasonable service. We had multiple issues and the only repairs we got was what we sorted out. We did get a replacement vehicle which was not fit for use. We will not use Cruise America again. CamperDays assisted whilst we were away and on our return. In the end we got a part refund from Cruise America about 30% of what we paid.
The management is good but they do not respond to calls from an agent who is Spanish or to the emails that we send to the contact email. We cannot register with the motorhome company. We need help and no one answers us. We do not have support.

Couldn’t fault camper days as for El Monte The pressure was low on the tires so we couldn’t use cruise control tried to fill it up in a petrol station wouldn’t work the oven didn’t work and when we told the bloke when we dropped it off he didn’t seem to care

Terrific experience, Simon was really helpful, kept in contact and waited whilst we collected vehicle, service was brilliant, time taken to explain vehicle, van was class and a great drive and cracking stay over. Couldn't fault the service 11 out of 10. We definitely recommend and use again 👍

Honestly the best prices we found.
RVs with fewer options and somewhat older than the others we looked at, but we drove it for over 1500 miles over various types of road (no off road) and had absolutely no problems.
Easy pick-up. Easy drop off.
Keep in mind we spent close to 500 USD for gas during our trip, but that's with the recent increases (>4 USD per gallon)
Answers to your wife (or worried husband).
1) Yes, it's normal that the refrigerator smells like that while cooling down
2) Yes, it's normal for the refrigerator to take so long (about 1 full day) to cool down. No, it's not broken
3) No, that's not propane you smell. It's not!
4) Yes, it's supposed to sound like that going downhill

I’ve used Camperdays on two occasions once in 2020 to Calgary and RV trip to Banff and Jasper and most recently in April for a two week RV trip to Vancouver where we took a cruise Canada trip to Hope, Clinton and Whistler. Very smooth service. Never an issue from either Camperdays or Cruise Canada. I made several amendments which were no issue.
The only issue is making additional payments which need to be made via IBAN international payments which can be done by banking website.
All in all, good service, would recommend and will be using again

With Camperdays everything worked perfectly and with Crossrente was excellent. The service, the support, everything.
Definitely I would use this service again.

The staff were friendly and courteous but did not perform a level of service that was needed. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our RV C30 which was there all the time and was not cleaned or prepared in any way. It had just enough fuel to get to the nearest gas station. The grey and black gauges and propane all showed 2/3 full. The kit bought as an extra was incomplete and old, stained and torn. We were not given any instructions on how to operate the van and had to rely on the film we had seen on line.
We went to cruise America’s office in Las Vagus to get an extra driver added where they supplemented the shortfall in the original package.
Returning the van was a smooth operation but we made sure there was plenty of petrol in it so that the next renter doesn’t have the same problems.
