A week ago i made an order for the Lumix S1IIe body. The item turned out to be a preorder for restock that comes at a later date. I did not realize this at the moment of the order, so the next day I contacted the business with a cancellation request. I've been calling them every day since, I keep hearing about the cancellation department needing to approve my request, or that they are going to ask if the cancellation department processed my request.
More so, they had an easy option of just not claiming the payment, and it would have reverted by itself, but meanwhile, the payment was claimed by the merchant.

So beware that it's really hard (at the time of writing, nigh impossible) to get your money back from them.

I’m pleased with my Cokin Modular Hood. It was delivered fairly quickly and it’s a genuine product.
It would be good if you stocked more from the Cokin range of filters as they are difficult to get now. Thanks.

I ordered a lens, paid for next-day delivery, and took time off work. Two days later, the package hadn't even been handed over to the courier. I wish I’d ​​checked the Google reviews; this is standard practice for them - they miss deadlines and don't answer emails.

Item advertised as stock, not in stock, had to chase them for delivery, had to settle for alternative as they could not fulfil what they advertised, not impressed!

Great service camera was delivered promptly and well packaged. Also received a follow up call from Dee which was positive. This was a present to my daughter who has confirmed the the camera is working well mechanically and has sent the first roll off for development to check for any light leaks and overlapping. The price was more than I wanted to pay but the condition was very near mint so well pleased so far.

I was looking to purchase what I consider to be an expensive camera (over £2,000) and, after carrying out extensive research, initially decided to buy from CameraWorld.
As I am based in the North of England and unable to visit one of their physical stores, I planned to purchase online. Given the amount involved, I was understandably a little nervous and had a couple of questions that I wanted answered before committing to the purchase.
I called the assistance telephone number listed on their website but was unable to get through, although I did leave a voicemail asking for someone to return my call. After a couple of days with no response, I tried calling again, but once again there was no answer. I then used their online messaging service, but unfortunately I received no response there either.
With both avenues of communication unanswered, I was left wondering how responsive the company might be if I ever needed assistance after making a purchase. As a result, I decided to buy the camera from another retailer. The service I received from them was excellent: my questions were answered promptly, I was kept informed throughout the process, and the camera arrived this morning.
To CameraWorld: you appear to have many positive reviews, but maintaining that reputation requires being accessible to customers who cannot visit your physical stores. If potential buyers cannot get answers to pre-sales enquiries, particularly when making a significant purchase, they are likely to take their business elsewhere—as I ultimately did, sorry.

Fast delivery and earlier than expected. The action camera was well packaged and I am very happy dealing with camera world. I would recommend buying products from this company. Thank you!

From the broad selection of items on the website I found the item ( a spare battery) at a competitive price. The order process was simple and I received regular updates on it's progress until I received the item well within the advised delivery date. All round simple and positive purchase

Ordered a camera & lens through the online store. Paid extra for next day delivery, 5 days later have not received package or any tracking information. Have emailed and called the store both with no answer. (EDIT) Camera has now arrived, still zero response from the vendor. Would not recommend or will be using this service in the future.

terrible shipping time, it was less than 15 minutes after 4pm when i ordered a lens and i needed it the next day (friday) but will arrive mid-day saturday when its too late but other than that its a good site
