I don't recommend it
I don't recommend it. Tried to rent one in Berlin, the app did not work when I tried to open the car, code was sent way too late. Still had to pay 15 EUR in the end.

Ridiculous authentification system
The authentification system is ridiculous. 1. The EU non-German identity card is not accepted, they require the passport, which is ridiculous, since European citizen do not need a passport in European country !!!!!!! 2. They require a "Meldungsbescheinigung" of less older than 3 months, which is also ridiculous, since the "meldungsbescheinigung" does not have a duration of validity. Living in Germany for 6 years, I have been able to register to all types of services but not Cambio. Ridiculous!!!

Overall a nice experience.
I've been using cambio for a while and the experience has been overall pretty nice.
Great service and it's not too complicated to get started with a booking.
Some cars are nice while some aren't in the best condition, but overall experience is solid.
