The platform is extremely reliable, intuitive, and essential for managing customer communications efficiently. Thanks to Callbell, we are able to be available 24/7, including in English, which has significantly improved the quality of our service.

We started operating with this app last August. At tge beginning everything is fine and all the connections worked. However later we decided that callbell is not the right thing we need for our businesses and we migrated to an other platform and i cancelled the subscription which is paid upfront and we cancelled everything before the next quater started. But for some reason it was not possible to remove the bank details from our details. So just after we canceled the subscription nobody contacted us from the support and also the fee for the next quarter was charged despite we cancelled the subscription and were not using the platform anymore. Which we can proof. So we told them to refund us and to reply. But nobody contacted us till now. Furthermore my wife wrote them from a new number and she got an reply immediately. So they are basically only talking to new customers and keep charging previous customers anyway. To me it feels like a scam. Because no service is being provided.
I purchased a 6-month subscription from Callbell. Initially, I paid $256 for 3 operators and a Telegram bot. Later, I needed to integrate Instagram, so I paid an additional $125.
For the first week, Instagram messages were coming in, and I was able to respond. However, after that, messages completely stopped. I contacted Callbell support, and they said they had forwarded my issue to their developers. After 2-3 days, they told me to reconnect my Instagram account, which I did, but messages still didn't come through.
I then subscribed to Chat2Desk, and everything worked perfectly. So, I requested a refund from Callbell for the remaining months, allowing them to keep the amount for the one month I used. They refused to refund my money.
I lost my money, and I strongly advise against using this broken service. If you are considering Callbell, please stay away!
Full of bugs, lose of time, is user friendly and looks good, but is really unusable.

The interface is user-friendly and allow to centralize all client interaction. We are using this tool in our company since a couple of year and we are quite happy with it.
In general works fine but If you can avoid using it, avoid it:
The user interface can have improvements.
Many leads are lost on the way from Ad campaigns to callbell, around 20-30%
Their cancellation policies are not clear from the beginng, you have to cancel 7 days in advance of your contract renwal (almost every other platform allows it to make it the day before)
They kidnapp the phone number you register and ask for a 299EUR ransom
I've been using the Callbell solution for a while, but I faced several problems so I wasn't enjoying the experience. Also, it's very expensive and overcomplicated.
I switched to WaliChat, and what a difference! First of all, it's much more attractive and user-friendly. I could handle it within minutes. Moreover, it's super stable, and whenever I had a little issue, the support team resolved it right away.
I have a team in my company using WaliChat, and they are delighted. We started with 1 number and a few agents, and now I have the entire company with several numbers working happily and productively.
The service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like:
1. Large latency in sending the messages
2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all
3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice
4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application
5. No ability to send voice messages, files or see if the messages was delivered or read.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becaues the support is really always there and tries hard to cover up all the flaws the service has. But overall experience is disgusting. Not recommended.
