DO NOT ORDER HERE - FRAUD SHOP:
Ordered a hoodie on June 29, recived a shipment email without a tracking code on July 7, but never received the product. No reaction to several inquiries via email and Insta other than a standard email, no phone number to contact customer service.

The tracking information didn’t work and the item took 20 days to arrive. No response to my emails requesting updated dispatch information.
The quality is extremely poor. The hoodie obviously had drawstrings and they’ve been taken out so there are now just 2 holes. The pattern is badly stuck on, wrinkled bits of plastic that are unlikely to survive one machine wash.
I should try to return but the reviews are so bad for returns that I think I’ll have to cut my losses and instead try to warn anyone else from making the same mistake, especially as the only options are store credit or an exchange.
Please do not buy from this company.

Total scam - T-shirt arrived and was not to the quality expected. I have contacted them 3 times to arrange a return and they do not reply.

Ordered a hoodie to Canada on June 16th, am writing this review on August 17. Product has not arrived. Got an email on the 26th of June to say that my order was confirmed. No communication when I have reached out since then. No tracking info was given. Just frustrating that no reason has ever been given. Trying to report as fraud to credit card company to get my money back, because as far as I can tell that is what this company is.

i ordered a hoodie 2 months ago and it never got delivered. no customer service communication either after multiple attempts to contact, just gave the same automated response each time. save yourself the money and do not buy from this company!

Such awful quality! Feels way worse than shein- imagine the worst quality hoodie with some plastic letters on it

I ordered a hoodie, as i had seen them onine and they looked cool, and they were on sale. I was told it would take between 3-10 working days to arrrive which was far from the truth. After a month I emailed them, and after several email, they replied claiming it had been lost in transit ( as many others reviews also expierenced) and it would be resent with a gift. The hoodie (without a gift!) then took an additional 3 weeks to arrive, and the quality was good, however it doesn’t make up for the bad communication and delivery. I would not recommend and would advise if you want a hoodie to get one from vinted or a similar place.

Don’t use this company. I ordered a hoodie in size it said model was wearing - completely inaccurate sizing. No way of contacting anyone. Returned to online address and requested a smaller size. Never responded. Lost top and money…..fraudsters.

I think this company might be a scam. I ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago. It never arrived. Customer services is an email address only and whether you get a response or not is hit or miss. Apparently my original order got lost by the courier (they can’t provide courier details), they have sent me a re placement ….. which is yet to arrive. Again they cannot provide delivery or courier information and will not provide a telephone number for me to speak to anyone. I’m all for supporting new and up and coming businesses and will update this if Cali Studios put this right, but for now, don’t believe the TikTok hype, save your money and avoid.

I ordered a hoody at 2. April. It's been 10 weeks and the sweater I ordered still hasn't arrived. I understand everything and I have sent numerous emails to Cali Studios. No reaction, nothing… no communication …is Cali a fake shop? Give me back my money!!!!

Don't buy. Its been 3 months. Havent heard a thing or gotten a thing...

Absolutely embarrassing been through all sorts with my bank as I’ve not had any response from them in over 4 weeks. Absolute embarrassment of a company.

Its a complete scam. They are temu qaulity at best! It took 1.5 months to nearly arrive only for wrong sizes and the quality is SO CRAP. The brand is a chinese sham.

If I could give minus I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Don’t dispatch luckily bought through PayPal who contacted them, so they dispatched after over a month, when did finally arrive quality awful! Want to return but after reading reviews won’t get refund so no point. Will be giving to charity. Learnt my lesson always read reviews!

The worst of the worst company!! We still have recieved our item since ordering it on April 21st !!! No tracking number no email responses ! I am disputing this with clearpay but it’s still under investigation! Never ever order from this fake company!

i ordered on the 17th april and never received my hoodie and despite reaching out 3 times over email and instagram DM i’ve been completely ignored and had to dispute the charge with my bank

0/10. This company does not post their goods, and scam you out of your money. Despite the clothes looking good and the website seeming legit, this is unfortunately a screen against their true purpose. On top of this, they do not reply to emails and do not have any sort of customer service.

we have heard nothing back since placing an order on March 21st . I have sent multiple emails and used their tracking app but nothing back.

I cannot explain how much this company has caused and the endless hours i have had to sort this out myself…and it’s still not sorted!

The company didn’t send me my hoodie and as all other reviews have said below, absolutely no contact from the company through emails and a very small interaction asking me for my order number on instagram dms and no response since, yet they continue to add something to their stories each day.

I then started a dispute with my bank, who provided me with a refund. A few days later, Cali studios got in touch and advised they have sent me another parcel as mine got lost in transit (very suspicious as everyone in these reviews seem to have had the same issue🤣). Cali studios then DISPUTED my bank claim saying that they have now sent the item!

So, only until customers actually intervene in the chargeback process, cali studios decide to actually send the item and provide a tracking number.

Update: I finally received the item but the quality of the hoodie is not great.

Customer service is non existent with this brand so beware before you purchase. I placed an order on the 9th April and am yet to receive it and we are almost in May. I received an email saying my item had been shipped however no tracking was available on the email. Since then 3-10 working days has passed which is what their website states would be the time frame for delivery and nothing. I have sent multiple emails and even left comments on their socials and sent direct messages and still absolutely nothing. I have had to now raise a dispute with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
