Purchased their strawberry milk product - it was disgusting (too sweet ) I emailed the company to let them know. A rep emailed me he would mail me some coupons I gave my address . A month went by no coupons . I contacted him again . He said he emailed them like 3 weeks went by I still didn’t get anything. I emailed them again . This time a lady got back to me saying “ oh we will not mail you any coupons as we already did “. I told her I never got them . She could care less . So rude and unprofessional that’s not how company should treat customers. I will no longer buy any products from this company . I believe her name was Jean ?

It doesn’t mix with hot drinks. Works well with cold drinks but it separates when mixed with hot drinks. Not a total waste of money if you want it for frappes and smoothies, But for me it was hugely frustrating as tea time was now a science project. This has happened before but I hoped it was a fluke and tried it again. Alas more fool me.

Their oat milk is so watered down. I shook it for 5 minutes straight and it came out in the grossest consistency -- even though I had just opened the bottle and it's expire date is June 2025. I dont know if I just got a bad batch or what but would not recommend..

Good product, but don't love the plastic packaging.

I love their products and the company. Their customer service team is awesome. This is a company that cares, not only for their customers and the bottom line but for the earth. They are committed to sustainable business practices and that's a big reason why I choose to buy their products. It doesn't hurt that their plant-based dairy alternatives are also delicious!

LOVE their cold coffee! I only wish more stores in my area would carry it on a regular basis. Now I drive 20 minutes out of my way every other week to stock up on it! So nice to have a cold coffee that does not have dairy or tons of sugar. Keep up the great work!
