I was looking for a good wall calendar for 2025 and found one I liked that was sold out almost everywhere else (a Hello Kitty design). It was even 40% off on Calendar Club. I paid a bit extra for first class shipping and it was dispatched that day and reached me the following afternoon. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Ordered three items and received 2. After emailing twice I have had an automated email claiming I had made a new order with the undelivered item that was now sent. I have now received an email from the post office confirming I have something arriving at the end of the week. Clearly they are rectifying the mistake which is great but what is wrong with a reply to my email explaining they made a mistake and the undelivered item was being sent?

Ordered a calendar on 16/12/24. No sign of delivery, have requested a refund but have received nothing to date - 06/01/25.
Certainly won’t use this company next year.

For many years now I have ordered several cat gallery desk calendar for myself and family. We were all very disappointed to see the new white stand which detracts massively from the look of the calendar. Will continue to use the old see through one supplied last year.

Mobility issues have me shopping online. The worst site ever! Algorithms and filters don't work. All I wanted was a lovely wall calendar that starts on a Monday, with moon phases. I found ONE. My diaries always start on a Monday but every year it's harder to find a calendar that does!
Also, if you remove one thing from the basket, it clears the whole basket!
I had chosen a few gifts but the thought of hunting for My calendar for another few hours was too daunting, never mind the gifts. I've been trying since mid-November.... It's 03/01)25. Maybe I'll have better luck finding another site this year....

What a horrible lady that works on the stand in the waterside shopping centre.
She chased me and my 18 month old son down. Accused me of pulling my son about on his rains.
How dare she accuse me of being a bad parent. She told me she felt sorry for my son!!
Avoid at all costs…

I use this company every year (I order online) as they have a great choice and the products are high spec. My order arrived quickly and I was very pleased with my goods.

very rude man claimed sixth form students can’t be 18, obviously wrong! shouted us out of the shop when there was no over 18 only sign. i am 18. he is a rude old man. told us off for “giving attitude” when he came over to us being extremely disrespectful first. absolute numpty, ruined my whole calendar shopping experience which is something me and my dear dead nan used to cherish. you mess with the grave, you’re dead meat. stay safe

The lady who works in your Carlisle branch is so rude! She just does not acknowledge your existence in any way. I felt so uncomfortable and in the way. I can only respond with my feet and just not go back.

Really poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company.

Be Warned! This company is openly advertising “buy 1 calendar, get 1 half price”. I jumped at this offer, as my mum and aunt love the cat desk calendars and like to receive one in their Christmas stockings every year. So I bought two. I filled out the online information and immediately received an email with a further 10% off. At check out I added the 10% code and paid. The “Buy 1 get 1 half price” deal did not happen! I queried it with the customer service person, who was quite rude and acted as though this saving was coming out of her own pocket. She said it was my fault because I used the 10% off which had cancelled out the deal. She made it very clear that they have no intention of correcting my transaction or of honouring the promised deal and that was that!

I have been using Calendar Club for five years now, and the Calendars / etc received, have always been in good condition. But this year I noticed the standard had dropped, on both the Calendar and diary, I had ordered for my wife. There was a noticeable indentation on the calendar’s outside cover, which luckily could not be seen when opened. On the other hand, the diary had marks on the front and back of the cover, which were noticeable. I could have sent the diary back for a refund, but at £4.59 (10% off discount) if was not worth the hassle. Especially if you read the small print, on the returns procedure. Calendar Club state they do not refund the postage, if you are returning an item for a refund, or replacement. According to the Customer Rights Act (CRA) this is not correct, and goods received damaged or faulty, that are returned, should be at the Calendar Club's expense and not the customer.

I have to admit I was worried after checking some of the reviews after I had paid for my order. However, the parcel arrived with contents intact, and within the expected timescale. So I had no issues.

They have an addressing problem. You type in your post code and check your address and then if it has a special character in it it deletes it, even if its a royal mail accepted address from the royal mail post code list. (In this case the slash from block and flat number) Then you contact their customer service to report the website fault and they basically claim you are either lying or stupid rather than even trying it.

First time buying from Calendar Club, item arrived fast and in mint condition. Couldn't be happier with purchase. Top store.

Arrived promptly and in excellent condition. However please stop asking me to write a review. One calendar is a Xmas present so will not be opened by me and the other will be opened just before I am going to use it. So I am not able to add anything more to a review at present. But thanks for the good service .

I have bought yet another diary from this company. Arrived very quickly and very pleased with my purchase.As I've said before I can't understand the bad reviews, I've never had a problem.

Bought a game from calendar club and it arrived dirty and with indentations on it from someone writing on top of the game. Customer service asked me to return the game for a replacement, they sent me a label and I returned it. I got another one through the post in the same condition, with the exact same markings. I'm told it was a bad batch but the hand written markings were exactly the same. Very unimpressed as it seems they sent me the game I returned. They've asked me to return the game again if I'd like a refund. I won't be asking for a replacement this time.

Used these for a few years now as they have calendars for sale well in advance - tend to buy early for Christmas presents and buying early ensures that you get what you want early and promptly

Been buying my cat calendars for a few yrs now. I tend to buy mine about 6 months in advance ready for the following year. I pay in advance on pre-order & am always notified & kept informed when its available & ready for shipping. I can highly recommend this company & trust them 100% without any hesitation 😀😀😀😀😀😀
