Thank you for your feedback, although we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would, however, like to clarify a few important points. 
Your return was delivered to our warehouse on July 16th, and the refund was issued on July 21st. 
This means that only 4 business days passed between the return delivery and the refund issuance.
As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, "once the returned item is received, we have up to 14 business days to process the refund, although we always try to do it as quickly as possible. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank."
This timeframe is necessary to allow our returns team to inspect the item before proceeding with the refund.
Regarding the product itself, we're sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. 
However, as you mentioned, the item was washed prior to return. 
Please note that, as specified in our return policy, we cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or used. 
Additionally, this was not communicated to us when you initiated the return—otherwise, we would have been able to address it accordingly.
We always strive to support our customers and are continuously working to improve our communication channels, including WhatsApp.

come già anticipatole privatamente dal nostro customer care, desideriamo fornire alcune precisazioni riguardo al luogo di produzione dei nostri articoli.
Nella sezione "maggiori informazioni" di tutte le pagine prodotto sul nostro sito è specificata qual'è la "country of manufacture" (nel caso del prodotto da lei scelto era il Portogallo). Caleffi è un marchio italiano che da oltre sessant'anni si impegna a garantire qualità e affidabilità attraverso una selezione accurata di fornitori e materiali, rispettando standard qualitativi molto alti. La decisione di produrre alcuni articoli in Portogallo non compromette la qualità del prodotto finale, ma ci permette di mantenere l'eccellenza che ci contraddistingue.
Vorremmo rassicurarla che, nonostante una parte della nostra produzione sia attualmente realizzata fuori dall'Italia, Caleffi S.p.A. rimane un marchio italiano con oltre 60 anni di storia e tradizione. La scelta di delocalizzare parte della produzione è stata presa per garantire il mantenimento degli elevati standard di qualità che ci contraddistinguono, ottimizzando al contempo i processi produttivi. Ci teniamo a sottolineare che la nostra azienda continua a progettare, sviluppare e controllare tutti i suoi prodotti in Italia, assicurando che ogni articolo rispetti i rigorosi criteri di eccellenza e affidabilità che i nostri clienti si aspettano e meritano.
Siamo dispiaciuti che questa scelta abbia generato del malcontento e restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento.
