Horrible shoes and even worse customer service!! BEWARE you can not return the shoes!! The shoes are stiff and poor quality, never again!

I'm only sorry I cannot vote a zero plus zero what a scam these people who have English names are NOT English. The so called outdoor slippers I bought I wouldn't wear to the toilet, the overpowering smell of glue would make a bone head totally happy forever. I thought buying them at £29.95p they would be genuine NOT A CHANCE. I could easily buy the same on Blackpool promenade front for £2.99p. Don't be fooled,the advertising is very good the products are crap to say the least these cheeky pregnant fishes are conning people left right and center, be very careful and please do RESEARCH. And
don't make the mistake I have. I'm not letting this go we need to shut this so called company down.

Scam! Stay away. Items not true too size. Pho e number does not work and you cannot get your money back.

Do not buy. Cheaply made unsafe shoes. Pictures are not a true reflection of items they sell. Lodge dispute with paypal for returns. Made in China just sent in a clear plastic bag. Not based in UK or USA. Rubbish straight into bin.

If I could give negative Stars I would! I ordered $100 worth of shoes from this company and never received them. They gave me the runaround giving every excuse as to why, including that I gave them the wrong address. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding. Do not order from this company! They are a complete scam if you do the research!

Beware of this scamming Company they lead you to think they are UK based Designer Company but in fact a cheap Chinese Company who sell TAT and won't refund me £40 for Slippers that are flimsy crap and I have to send back to CHINA or CANADA..beware of this scam company who operate under a UK name but real name is ALCHEAP.

Absolute sh*te quality and customer service. I made the mistake of not checking Trustpilot. These come from China and are utter rubbish. They refuse to return your money and will only give you a 30% refund. They are not a UK company and hide behind a dot uk web address. Guess I’ll be onto my credit card company.

If I could give “no stars” I absolutely would. Do NOT order from this company. The products are cheaply made and the website is misleading. I paid £40 for slippers including delivery. They were for a gift. I could have got the same for less than £10 from my local market. The minute I opened the package (a clear scruffy plastic ziplock bag) all I could smell was a very strong glue type smell from the shoes. Just awful. And don’t get me started on their “returns” policy. I said I wasn’t happy and wanted a refund. It’s not clear - but they won’t cover any return costs and they are outside the uk despite the website being a “.co.uk”one. They initially replied and said they valued my feedback and tried offering me 30% refund and to keep the product. I said this was unsatisfactory and they have now told me I have to pay myself to return them from the UK to China or Canada to get any refund. Ridiculous. Please avoid at all costs.

Quality is at best that of a cheap market stall but for 5 x the cost. Images look good but please avoid; I am really serious as a total waste of money. Not worth the return policy as costs back to China ( yet another fake uk pretence)

I can do nothing more than repeat an earlier review which exactly follows my experience and said:

“I changed my mind about an order, so cancelled it. The team got back to me quickly and processed the refund quickly and I was paid back in full”.

Only issue I had was that the quoted support email did not work, but eventually found one which did, and after that all went smoothly

i ordered 2 pairs of shoes assured by their web site that there was a return policy. No confimation email i had to contact them. shoes took at least 3 weeks to come. Shoes were uncomfortable and low quality. Toggle on one shoe tie broke with the initial try on. reqested refund per policy after some pretty stupid requests such as me sending them a picutre of the shoes and packing label they have offered me a 10% refund. That is crap! I am still working for my refund but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is not a U.S.-based company and does not have a warehouse in the U.S. It is a Chinese company masquerading as an American one. The products are of low quality since they are made in China. Shipping will not be quick as it will be coming from China. If you need to return an item, be prepared to cover international shipping costs. The practices of this company are deceitful and misleading. Stay away from using their services.

Avoid this company at all costs. All the previous reviews are right, they are a scam company selling cheap Chinese rubbish. Stuff you can get from Temu at a fraction the cost. You think you are buying from a company based in the UK, but you are not. You have to return to China or Canada, so it cost you a fortune. I sent mine tracked to Canada, cost me £23 only from it to be refused at their end, so apparently it's on its way back to me! Don't make the mistake I made and everyone else made, just avoid altogether, it will save you in the long run.

Similar BAD experience to others unfortunately. Ordered shoes through the Calceus Uk site. The shoes arrived (around 2weeks) and were very nice design and quality looked good. Sadly the sizing is really poor with the shoes being extremely narrow. Upon contacting for return I was advised *NOT* to return to send address in Staffordshire but to return to Canada which cost me half the price of the shoes in the first place with no offer of support with this cost. I basically had to pay £25 to just try the shoes on! But there was no point in keeping and selling on as can’t see anyone with the same size feet being comfortable in this product.

What a strange customer service. $50 sandals needing to be returned and company indicated that I pay return postage via USPS and upon receipt I would be refunded only $15.00……WOW was I taken
Now new sandals going to our men’s mission.
This is such an unsatisfactory company…….so sad!
