I ordered a cake for my husband's 70th Birthday. I was given advice as to what to put on the cake and found them to be most helpful and pleasant. The cake was delivered to the restaurant and I have to say when I saw the cake, I was just amazed at how beautiful it was but that is nothing to how it tasted. Everyone who tasted it asked where I got it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company and would certainly use them again.

I had an initial problem with my order which I must say was handled beautifully. Corrected in such a compassionate friendly manner, I am really thankful.
Id ordered a guitar themed cake in black and silver. Initially I'll admit I was a little disappointed. The top of the cake looked very small and the strings were all bent and mis shapen. Id contacted them and they were nothing short of amazing.
Anyway later that day I decided to unwrap the whole cake and have a proper look. I was literally blown away 😍.
The board was so nicely decorated!! The cake was miles bigger than it looks from the top...think we'll be enjoying it all week!
I have to say hand on heart it was 1 of the nicest cakes we've ever tasted! 🤤.
Moist and the right amount of jam and buttercream. I feel a little embarrassed now as Id complained, it did initially look quite bad.
I fixed the strings (and yes it didn't look like the picture I'd seen) but it was a stunning cake which my son absolutely loved 😍.
So to everyone at cakeinabox I apologise for my complaining, I hope you can understand the confusion. But a huge thank you to you all, for not only making my son's 18th cake one to remember but also how you handled an upset customer.
