Quick turnaround for custom hat!
I ran across Cafe Press while searching for a quick turnaround for a hat design that my golfball vendor could not meet. The site said there were small, medium and large hats so I ordered small but when it came it was one size fits all. I also paid for expedited shipping and the date I needed the hat was not met so they refunded me the shipping. I do like the hat and they seem like honest brokers. I didn’t contact them about the sizes yet.

overall great, very minor issues
It was easy to customize and order. I got a mug which showed up broken the first time, but it was easy to report the problem and get my order resent, and it arrived unbroken the second time. It kind of put me off that the only way I could seem to find to report the damaged order was an AI chatbot, but it worked fine. Both deliveries were quick and actually came before the estimated dates. It looks nice and is pretty much exactly how I hoped - the text is slightly fuzzy, but not enough to be noticeable unless you’re up close and it’s probably more a problem on my end with the resolution of the image I used. Overall pretty great.
