Went for dinner on Friday to St Vincent…

Went for dinner on Friday to St Vincent Street restaurant Glasgow city centre was very disappointed we got 6 dishes some tasted ok smothered in oil others were tasteless. We got a prawn dish that was awful they didn’t taste nice or right and all you could taste was strong fish taste strange especially being in a sauce. We tried one each of the prawns and an hour later the prawn and sauce taste kept coming back on me and my husband for few hours like your going to be sick. Now we’ve felt ill had sore upset stomachs for past 36 hours. Won’t be back very disappointing!
Also they add a discretionary charge off 10% on your bill that’s very cheeky don’t be scammed by this and check your bill

Cafe Andaluz amazing

We were first time visitors to Glasgow central from Dorset and Cafe Andaluz was amazing ! Staff very friendly, food fresh very good quality & quantity, value
for money . The restaurant itself is decorated authentically and seats comfortable and I walk with a stick & plenty of room. Don’t miss a brilliant experience we will go back certainly when next in Glasgow.

Voucher Rip Off - Beware

Voucher Rip Off - Beware. Had a voucher for a meal, worth £39.00, was charged 10% on the total bill of £52.00, including the voucher when my actual cash spend was only £13.00 Had they charged on the cash spend the service charge would only have been £1.30. This left a sour taste, especially after such a lovely meal. Also, server did not point out that there was a discretionary service charge.
