We were served pizza which was tasteless and where the dough was raw, as a result I had to share my partners meal. There was no ask for other drinks. The food is high price so you expect a sufficient quality, of which it was not. After years of going, we will not be returning.
We went to view the function room after agreeing a date and time. Turned up on said date and time to find that no one was expecting us. The staff had no idea where the person was who agreed to meet with us and couldn’t get hold of him either! There was no apology for wasting our time or for the delay. After waiting around for over an hour for it to open we decided to leave. You would think that given it was arranged over a week ago, that they would be there waiting, but no. Clearly not very organised. Lost out on ££££’s as we were looking to book our wedding there. Won’t be now!
