Cadbury's Dairy Milk???? That's a breach of the trade description act as it's nothing like Cadbury's chocolate. It's foul!!! I've thrown nearly 180g of this filth in the bin. Typical American bu... See more

The Americans have completely ruined…
The Americans have completely ruined the Cadbury brand with cheap alternative ingredients and have the cheek to charge more for less. I have boycotted Cadbury and now buy brands that actually use actual cocoa in their ingredients not palm oil! Aldi do a lovely chocolate at a much sensible price with real ingredients.
Disgusting chocolate!
Jesus your chocolate has turned into pure sh*t! The whole dairy milk taste has gone it literally tastes like oil now! You've chosen to change the recipe for profit instead of customer satisfaction. Have you not seen the videos circulating online, the bars are like plastic! If I could give no stars I would. Whoever decided to change the recipe needs to change their job cos you messed up big time!
As bad as it could be
Oh, what have you done?!
This isn't chocolate. It's grim brown paste hiding behind a famous purple wrapper.
You're not selling great chocolate anymore. You're cashing in on memories of when you did. One day the memories will run out.
disgusting disgraceful yuck
Wouldn’t eat it if it was the only food available!!
This used to be my favourite chocolate, but not any more. Since u’ve been mucking about with the recipe, the taste’s changed so much. Oh Mondelēz, did u think we hadn’t noticed all the small changes u’ve been implementing since u bought Cadbury’s out? Or that we wouldn’t notice that all of these small changes combined make up a brand new recipe? U thought u could get away with it by not announcing the new recipe, but u didn’t bank on the will of the British people. The last straw was u replacing 3/4 glasses of milk for palm oil. I’m amazed that Trading Standards haven’t got in touch as ur still advertising 1.5 glasses of milk on your packaging, but ur only using 3/4 glass of milk now. Cadbury’s chocolate is absolutely revolting now. I couldn’t break bits of my Easter egg, as the chocolate just bent instead! So all my Cadbury’s chocolate went in the bin. Haven’t bought any since & wont buy any in the future. Well done, u’ve completely destroyed a British institution we were once proud of. Did u get the message when the supermarkets couldn’t even sell your large £20 Easter eggs for 50p? U’ve changed the recipe in all of your products just to make a larger profit, but the British people are fed up with being taken advantage of. No more!
Ruined
Changed shape. Changed ingredients. The owners seem bent on total destruction of a most loved chocolate company. Shipped out to Poland. Palm oils and vegetable oils. Less chocolate. Made by board members for, well, not sure really. Switched to Montezuma. Won’t touch anything by the Kraft company.
From "🌸 Factory in a Garden" to 🧪"Lab in a Vat"
“I wanted delicious chocolate - not unknown gene tinkering and the loss of the global cocoa industry.”
When John Cadbury founded his chocolate company, he built a “factory in a garden” and a picturesque village for workers - a rustic vision rooted in care and community. I doubt he ever would have imagined his legacy being linked to gene-editing cocoa plants or lab-grown 'cocoa butter' in steel vats.
We’re told that climate change and disease are threatening cocoa supplies. Personally, I’m not convinced - it feels to me like there is plenty of cocoa, but companies may prefer not to pay farmers fairly. In my view, this excuse risks justifying a shift into lab production. The fear many of us share is that this could undermine traditional cocoa farming, leaving corporations with a monopoly on lab-grown chocolate, raising prices while potentially cutting farmers out of the picture entirely.
Once genetic edits spread through global cocoa populations, there’s no turning the clock back - and the knock-on effects on ecosystems, our diets, and our cells remain unknown. It’s hard to give one star to a product I’ve loved, but when the company behind it seems to risk enacting a global disservice, I feel compelled. John Cadbury would not just be turning in his grave - he’d be crying his eyes out.
I hope the leaders of this company wake up and take notice of the huge tide of public opinion rising against them. Chocolate should be a gift of joy, not a gamble with our planet’s future or a monopoly that destroys the livelihood of farmers and removes consumer choice.
Stop putting palm oil in chocolate.
When morons ruin chocolate for the world.
Cadbury was the best in the world for years and years, then the Americans came along and my god it is disgusting now.
Wont buy cadbury ever again it tastes vile.
Well done you morons.
Cadbury cookies chocolate centre
Very disappointed with these cookies they did not look anything like the image on the packet. There was very little chocolate filling and if the packet didn't say Cadbury I would never have guessed it was one of their products.
Cadbury + tropicana was my favourite…
Cadbury + tropicana was my favourite combination.
What happened to the old Cadbury taste? I just bought myself a treat from Asda and its completely different than what it used to.
Guys, is there a Cadbury model that has the old taste?
Caburys sucks now
Caburys sucks now. What was once the best chocolate is now a cheap thin waxy bar. Horrible
I remember Cadburys being a great…
I remember Cadburys being a great chocolate company and now their products are awful. It tastes horrible and leaves me feeling sick. I quit eating Cadbury’s products a long time ago and look out better alternatives. The use of palm oil and rape seed oil is ruining most products and it’s bad for your health. I prefer to avoid.
Nothing nice about it
My whole family loved Cadburys. Not anymore it's absolutely disgusting now.
Pile of Crap
Brought a box of chocolates for my wife, as I have not purchased any for a long time, bitterly disappointed with the texture and fillings or should I say lack of them.😡
No fondant filled with a taste of orange or strawberry, just the same mix of mush with flavouring, if you can call it that and Wax flavoured chocolate and not even a strawberry anymore, I won't bother with this pile of crap anymore.
Terrible taste after new ownership .
Terrible taste after new ownership .. plus supporting Russia’s war on Ukraine is not the way to do business in the modern world . Terrible company .. terrible chocolate

I've bought a bar of Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut for the first time in ages. My goodness, it tastes revolting. What's happened?
I bought a whole nut bar and refused to…
I bought a whole nut bar and refused to eat it after the first piece. Was just really not chocolate at all. Was rubbery and tasted awfully. Looks like Cadburys 'not really chocolate anymore ' can stay on the shelf.
What's happened to the British classic…
What's happened to the British classic Cadbury Milk it tastes awful leaving a oily taste in your mouth. Another British institute ruined by American cost cutting owners. I will not be buying Dairy Milk again.
Giving it one star is really to good…
Giving it one star is really to good for this slop please be aware I wouldn’t feed this to a rat let alone a child the ingredients have changed. The care and trust is gone it’s basically on par with the tasteless mass produced crap from the US and in whole the brand is completely doomed Crafton can get screwed
