So I used the system for a different cab firm I worked for. And was delighted with it as easy enough to use and train staff on.

So decided to use it when setting up a new company. I absolutely love the system, and pleased we have it. Although there has been extra costs to what was originally paid for and the training wasn’t fantastic, overall as a company were extremely happy.

Our account's manager Navin has been exceptionally helpful and patient with me. He will help me at the drop of a hat around his meetings and is always available on the phone. I couldn’t fault Navin at all.

I would recommend Cab Treasure if your starting out.

I was very sceptical about making the move to Cab Treasure. They didn’t have the best reputation from online reviews and in some taxi forums. But something made me want to try it. The demo was great, the system looked great, it was a reasonable price. I decided to bite the bullet and I’m glad I did. I was initially told the whole setup including despatch and customer app would take 4-5 weeks and I was delighted when I was up and running in just under 2 weeks.

They delivered training sessions on how to use the despatch system, kept in touch every day, kept me up to date with building our new app and making sure we were happy with it.

My account manager Navin has been great from start to finish and the support team are available 24/7 and any minor issues I have had in setting up have been rectified within the hour.

I’m now about 4 weeks in and have seen an increase in my customer base.

Don’t let the negative reviews put you off like they did for me at the start. This system is cost effective, simple and manageable and has great potential to scale your business.

We have been associated with Cab Treasure for over 10 years and we have our fair share of bumpy rides with them.

Having said that, Software is second to none and service is impeccable. Tech & Web Support offer an extra helping hand when required.

Attention! Avoid this company at all costs. They will destroy your business, like they did mine. My name is Zayfe , my company is called PRIMO SOLUTIONS. I went to their office in early February 2025, after somehow finding this company on the internet (much to my regret). Of course I received many promises “yes, no problem, we will do this, we will do that, we will do it in two weeks”. I told them that I wanted a proper chauffeur website, client app and dispatch system and gave them a deadline of 6 weeks, because I want a job well done. I paid half the price of their full package. Accordingly, the agreement was that everything would be ready on April 1st. Of course, on April 1st, only the website frame was ready, no text, no photos, no working links, of course, the climate app hadn't even been started, the dispatch system wasn't connected to the website - in short, nothing was done. Around April 10th, I was literally forced to pay the rest of the money for the order, and I was told that if I didn't do it by the end of the day, they would stop working on my project. After repeated conversations, threats, and going to their office in person.Only person in this company helped me in this company ,he took over this project and finished it in early July. Anyone who is in this business knows what it means to start advertising and promoting your company in July. You are doomed to failure, literally. There is a balance of £500 that they are waiting for me to pay, even tho that they owe me much more money for the losses my company has suffered due to their unprofessionalism, rudeness and incompetence. I have no words to describe how sorry I am that I got involved with this company and trusted them. Avoid them at all costs, don't make my mistake

Terrible company never answer at early morning times and when they rarely do they get everything wrong, avoid at all cost

Public nuisance Is my opinion
As a researcher for the Cab Watchdog Service found online, you must take heed of the risk giving this company money. As like me and others if they drop the ball and you complain they will either block you or not return your calls or even not reply to solicitors letters you have been forced to pay for as the owner ignores, ignores, ignores, including your emails to them regarding obvious failures or damages as a result.
It can not only damage your business but also your finances if they don't deliver as they do. I was damaged and they refused to acknowledge my complaints regarding the same. Even though I managed to get a partial settlement from my perspective. I have proof they refused to give me a refund too at one point
I was recently approached as a researcher of The Cab Watchdog Service by a Taxi company also having problems. I took on the case with £6480 + VAT paid to Cab Treasure by the Cab company 2 years ago without satisfaction or the product being fit for purpose so they could use it as intended. I looked at documents sent by solicitors and contacted Cab treasure as the taxi company instructed/agreed. It did not take long before Cab Treasure blocked my phone number as they can thus; preventing me from getting further proof recording/s of the untruths and lack of answers or explanation of their obvious untruths now on the record and poor service documented by the solicitor. I did review the reviews on google local business and considered my own poor service experience and the taxi company who needed our help. I forwarded the recorded conversations to all concerned as proof of what was said and what was going on. Cab Treasure subsequently blocked all communication and hung up prior without even answering the call as if they are uninterested as a so called professional company. Its simple ladies and gentleman when they are cornered; they block or ignore you hoping, you will go away, The reviews show people are frustrated and ignored with many complaining of the same when you go read. Hence we are now getting calls from the public asking for help or advice. I have forensic proof to back up this review and telephone recordings. Some already online as a result of a previous investigation in the summer

Very shocking experience from the signup. Take your money message you day before signup and say they can do
It. Then arrange with you everything be set up by Friday, to find out that they have not even worked on the customer app or website so for a week and half what have they been doing nothing. You ask for the complaint team and your money back they ignore you. Be very very careful definitely would not recommend at all.

I have been waiting for system modifications since January. Still not done.

I have Customer App, Web Booker and Dispatched System with Cab treasure, my company has achieved very high scores on trustpilot and Google and these people has helped me to achieve success so far. I work with them for 3 years, software systems is always a challenge especially for taxi business, I'm not here to say that everything is perfect because it isn't. However they system never let me down, I'm so thankful for everything, The customer Services has been good, you will always find someone on the other side 24/7. All of the features from these software require lots of knowledge and this comes with time practicing, one of the things we have had lots of problems was due to lack information at the begining, However it become easy day by day. After being ripped off by other dispatch companies Cab Treasure is a true pleasure to deal with. Everything they say their gonna do? They do it? Theyre always available and will never leave u hanging wondering if their platform is gonna work? They have a very skillfull and knowledgeable friendly staff. My sales rep was name is Jack, I highly recommend him. He very friendly and patience along with Sharukh the tech guy and Peter who carefully trained me on how to operate their dispatch system.
