Ridiculously Rubbish !!
This company provide the internet / phone connections in the building / office we occupy. Upon taking occupancy we asked the resident landlord to arrange for a wireless internet connection to be installed – he called this company who came and installed a TP-Link router. As we work on 99% wireless connectivity within the office, including laptops, PC’s and printers, a stable wi-fi connection is critical.
In 6 months we have had nothing but trouble with the router, proof can be demonstrated by us asking the landlord to send their IT guy form their office upstairs at least once a month. There comes a point when you are sick and tired at turning equipment off and on again.
After not being able to print for the 900th time, I called this company to state I had an urgent need for a new wireless solution and was prepared to pay for it. The company called me back 24 hours later to inform me, despite them installing and setting up the device – and me continuing to pay for the service, they advise I go and buy a router and that company will provide advice on how to set it up.
So, let’s get this straight! They provide a router for the service, a service that I pay £40 a month for, and when I have issues, I get fobbed off and told to buy hardware from another supplier – the router is 6 months old !!!!
