Excellent Service - Definitely recommend

I want to share my opinion of C Tools24 because I am delighted with the service I received when I bought a PROJECT PRO 117 semi-professional paint sprayer which came with a W550 mini-sprayer. I contacted C Tools24 about the expected delivery date by email. They said 7 days and I received my order before (live in France). The little W550 was damaged (part broken off - it can happen...) - I imagine at the point of packing at the factory - not through exterior transport packaging (both articles were excellently protected for transport). I contacted C-Tools24 to return the damaged one for a new one. A replacement was sent immediately without any fuss or quibbling. I received it a few days after. Customer service: reactive and very efficient. Pro 117 works really well and at a very competitive price. I'm a very satisfied customer! Well done C -Tools24! Thank you!
