I received a sample of Dermalogica biolumin c eye serum. It took about 3 weeks, but I began to see improvement in my fine lines and dark circles. This is a nice Sephora product that is a nice addition to your collection. I highly recommend it.

Got selected for a recent campaign, and I thought great as hadn’t had one for years. Previously I got loads to try and review. Well, the product never arrived, and I’m bombarded with email reminders to review, and the tone of the email gets more threatening every time. Emailed numerous times to chase product and never one have I even been acknowledged. Don’t waste your time, used to be a great company to work with now it’s just awful.

Had to change my review to a 5 star, this is still one of the least known about marvels in product consumerism there is. Pure bliss BzzAgent is, I've received things I've never dreamed I could.. from new shoes to new mattresses to an entire AC unit, my goodness I am not worthy!

Horrible company to work with. I would not spend any time trying to get campaigns without them. Walk away.

This used to be an amazing site. I’ve reviewed so many different products over years and then all of a sudden it relaunched and is now a waste of time and a massive let down!

This used to be amazing but since the re-launch it has become some what of a fraudulent website. Asking for personal information and then no way to connect. Be careful and stay away. The positive reviews on here are 100% fake

What had happened to this once excellent site it's now American not interested in uk I cannot work this it's very poorly set up and i don't believe its going In the uk I think youu just want all our details what site asks for personal finance how much a house hold earns just to test some items like toothpaste fraud BR CAREFUL DO NOT APPLY THIS IS A SCAM FROM AMERICA ASKING FOR DETAILS PERSONAL DETAILS

terrible since relaunch, no log in page and no contact

I signed up a number of years ago, and the testing was great. i always got my reviews in on time and did all of the activities. Since the people who run it have changed, I've not had a SINGLE test request. Considering my score was high and I felt very loyal to the brand, as well as recommending others to it, I'm now completely put off that they would treat such loyalty by ignoring us completely. Poor show BzzAgent

This used to be the best testing site ever. I was a member from early on. Since the new company took over, i had one option to test some pills which i would not do & since then i have heard nothing!! Also the site is useless & just makes you sign up everytime but there is no content. I think they are no longer interested in the UK market which is such a shame as i loved reviewing the new products & my colleagues were always jealous when my trial boxes came through!!

Since relaunch it's terrible. Prior, I were getting regular campaigns... Been a member for years. But since the relaunch, not only do I have to input my data everyone I visit their site (which no longer has ANYTHING on it about any campaigns etc) I've not had a single email invite from them.

It cannot be down to having to re-register using Facebook...and how many friends I have, as I have just short (2 under) 5000 friends on there.

What a complete let down.

The pits. I signed up in December. Never heard another thing so politely asked them on their Facebook page. If anyone got any campaigns anymore. Well they removed my post. And blocked me from commenting. Obviously something to hide methinks. Pathetic small minded company.

Really not worth the time or effort since the relaunch. I used to look forward to content from bzzagent and the chance to take part in reviewing products. Since the relaunch the website is awful, it doesn't show any previous information and you have to reenter your details everytime. Sort it out please Bzzagent.

Bzz used to be fantastic but since it’s relaunch it’s awful, I have to re submit all my information every time I go on the website. Avoid... not worth it anymore

So if I reviewed BzzAgent previously to the relaunch I would have sung their praises. After a slow start I was getting lots of campaigns including yogurts, desserts, shavers (including high end electric one), bottles of whiskey and the list goes on.
HOWEVER since the relaunch and having to reregister with a website that doesn't tell you anything I have heard nothing and seen nothing from them. AVOID it just a way for them no doubt to sell all your data.

Terrible never get any campaigns & since relaunch heard nothing

Plenty of product reviews.... until you hit 35, then you get nothing. However this is the norm for most review sites

Great company, had a few products from them and only been signed up like a year, I'm guessing they don't get many products to review themselves hence the disappointed customers on this site or they don't fit into very good demographics, I'm a 27 year old male and get a few things but a lot of things are for women or people with pets so you do have to fit into very specific guidelines which I presume the disgruntled reviewers on here don't (they just mad they don't get free stuff)

Never ever have I had a single item to review and been a member 5 years regularly checking in to do surveys, I really wouldn’t bother

Terrible company. They say you'll be able to test out products but, in truth, they only ever select the same faces to get all the stuff (to make it look like people actually get stuff) and then they just keep pushing you to complete surveys so they can collect your data and target you with adverts.
