I've wanted a ByNouck necklace for a while now and I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I don't regret one single bit! Firstly, delivery was really quick given I'm in the UK and secondly I was taken back by how beautiful the jewellery actually is. Photos don't do it justice! I will definitely be returning to buy another necklace at some point!

Kinda regretted ordering their jewellery.
Not sure about the quality and the gold
plating look more orange than gold.
I have returned most of my order and after 16 days there is still no sign of my money with the excuse that it was Black Friday.
Do not recommend it, they look better on the pictures than in real life.

Such awful quality. I would not recommed, looks much better in the pictures on their website than in person. What a waste of money!

Love my new necklace and I have bought another for a gift! Loved my free gift also! There was a small issue with my order and customer service were very quick to reply and rectify the issue which I was extremely grateful for. I will definitely be ordering again. Shipping was fast too 👌🏼

I am in love with the concept of this shop- being able to pick out charms and customize your jewelry is so wonderful.

That being said, I was extremely disappointed that the "fill a box" came in very flimsy packaging with no other protective measures. There were scrapes and holes in the cardboard packaging, it was all torn up, and not even some tape to keep it secure. I paid almost $300 for the box and charms for my friend's birthday - so I was expecting some high-quality protection for shipping!?

I really really hope the quality of the charms and earring bases are good enough to last... the charms look very pretty! The shipping box/packaging just made me very concerned, and it should not even be like that at this price point.

I have had the most incredible customer experience with them. They have been so helpful and incredibly generous. Thank you for being so great to your customers.

I ordered the crabby and turtle studs and both are so gorgeous. Unfortunately, the coral gem from the crab fell off and I couldn’t find it, I contacted the customer service team via WhatsApp and they sorted me a voucher same day-awesome!

Lovely looking pieces. But the quality is so poor. When I received my first order I had to issue an exchange as two of the pieces were cracked/poor clarity. Now two months later went to place another new charm on the bracelet and the gem has fallen off straight as I’m placing it on the bracelet. Wouldn’t purchase anything again!

Misleading advertising only some of the items are waterproof I only noticed when someone asked on FB. Order delivered with missing items and no free items as offered. Poor quality, ordered 3 little heart charms two have fallen off the clasp and are lost and the third all the colour has come off.

Happy with the products, however I was slightly caught off guard by the additional £51 customs surcharge I had to pay to ship to the UK- making the 'treat' to myself nearly 50% more expensive than the cost of the items! And whilst it may be mentioned on the website, it was not obvious either whilst choosing the items or when placing the order and making payment that this is the case, so unfortunately it has somewhat spoilt the experience for me
