So this is my story of being robbed on the first week of moving into a property managed by BW.
I moved in and as a critical worker i work under constant stress between 10 and 12 hour shifts, i order most of my items online as i have no time or anyone to go to shops or receive packages for me.
I had a small order from amazon on day one coming home from work and my parcel is missing well the porch is enclosed with code so only the residents and delivery drivers know the code to get in. I received a notification from amazon then from royal mail with picture, my parcel is being delivered, came home from work and its gone. I spoke with couple of neighbours and one confirmed similar story going back 2 months (issues still not resolved 2 months later, which tells me BW is NOT bothered at all and landlord is NOT informed). So i did the correct thing called the police informed my flat manager and amazon. In the end got in touch with BW who manage the building, who you are supposed to turn to when there is serious issue such as theft so the man on the phone said to me they dont have the money to put simple cctv and this wont prevent crime anyway so its pointless. I just paid 6 months rent upfront and deposit. What would have thought a good managing company would do is they will inform and advice the landlord there has being theft in their property and seriously advice the landlord to put cctv to prevent loss of tenants and earnings. Instead i was told that BW will pass the information to the landlord, which aparently they didnt have but once i said i have written all this to my flat manager with police reference number, BW said they have the info ( i believe this was a lie). In my world if my business in this case, the tenants are not feeling safe where they live, and got robbed i would do at least the minimum, i can and place a cctv where parcels are delivered as dont forget this is coded area which you ither have a key or know the code. So for me BW as management company has to manage the building there is a problem, what i was told is, we dont have the money and we are not paying out of our pocket. All i ask is for the management is to manage, this means to contact the landlord tell him we are getting robbed and install cctv.
My conclusion is this company has not learned for the last 10 years how to manage a building or keep a business going as when i go, the landlord looses money. If i am happy and stay landlord gets money every months, then pays the management company and all is ok.
My issues are not resolved so now i have to go the long way around and get other neighbours to complaint so the police can enforce cctv to be installed.
I will comment everywhere and every profile they have and raise as much awarness as i can.

EXTREMELY RUDE, IGNORENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN NOT BE BOTHERED WITH THEIR OWN JOB.
By the way i did pay 6 months upfront as its ment to be a nice area and i do like the place. But if your own building manager cant manage the building is he doing a good job .....? This is the question.
Verdict AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ON ANY COST TO RENT FROM BUILDING MANAGED BY BW RESIDENTIAL LTD as you will be in for a ride or robbed ...... i would consider updating this review only if the theft if the building they manage get under control and people are treated with respect and listened to instead of being avoided and treated as their belongings and life is not worth anything.......
