Order number: 44808538. BuySell Vouchers supports seller scammers. They have a 24 hour escrow, which allows the seller to scam the buyer after the transaction is over. Once 24 hours is up, customer support will not look into the case and will not provide buyer protection support. If you open up a dispute, it will not have any effect on getting your money back, they will ignore the dispute and transfer payment to the seller.

I am not an expert in crypto
I am not an expert in crypto, and I probably made a mistake by sending the wrong token (Matic instead of USDC) via the Polygon network. However, the transaction was fully completed and confirmed on the blockchain, meaning the funds are in their wallet.
Despite providing them with all the proof (transaction hash, wallet address, amount), they refused to help in any way. Their only reply was that they "outsource" their wallets to a custody provider and can't access the funds.
This is extremely unprofessional. If you operate a platform accepting crypto payments, you should be able to manage and retrieve funds received, especially when the tokens were sent to the exact address you gave to the customer.
Basically, they are holding my money and refusing to either credit my order or refund me, hiding behind vague excuses.
If you are not 100% confident in your ability to follow every single technical step perfectly, do yourself a favor and avoid this platform at all costs. You will get zero assistance if anything goes wrong, even if the issue is minor and solvable.
Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.
