They lie every chance they get! Every thing they have told me was a lie. I retured two purchases of cogniHoney whch did nothing for me. They accepted the return, then I was told that it would take three weeks for the refund to be processed. It was supposed to be submitted today 7/6/2006. I called and was told there is no record of anything even the original purchase.
Plus the phone number for the corporte office on Google is not theirs. I carefully dialed it twice and got another company, The same one each time.
Stay away from them and anything they push. I doubt that the two pills they are pushing had anything to do with Bill Gates, though they use AI to make it look like it. I know Bill and it is not like him. The Bill Gates I know would not stand for the illegal use of his voice, name and likeness. He would not be a Billionaire today if it was not for the contract I signed with him in 1977, all provable!
It is time for this Company to be put out of business. I will help in any way necessary unless I get the money refunded to my account today 7/6/2026 as promissed.
Be VERY careful buying from them. I have one more order to be shipped of Memopezil and we will see if it works. The refused to apply the money they owe me to this purchase. Shows fraud!

Beware of purchasing and dealing with customer service
It started out good on my return. I had quite a few emails on help because I am not good with technology.
I picked a return method that could not be done and this is where the trouble started. I asked for the other methods to return because that part was now not available to me. I would guess I sent between 5-10 emails for help and NOTHING! I used the phone number but as soon as I got to how to return and it is automated…it knew the option was no longer open to me and instructed me to do that which was no longer there.
I am still waiting. I just sent another email to customer service.

There is no real person to speak to or email (only AI auto generated responses), the shipping address provided to return products is an invalid shipping address per USPS (U.S. Postal Service), so there is no way to speak to a real person, and no way to return the product.

AI Scam
I ordered a supplement online being promoted by Bill Gates and researched it after the purchase. It was a fake AI product. Everytime I went on their site it ordered another product for $100+. This happed 6 times. Had to cancel my credit card. Beware.
Update. They did refund my money but I still have issues with the supplement companies deceptive marketing. And the website creating an order every time you clicked on an email.

beware of their scam products and/or selling tactics! i am experiencing a real mess with buygoods devious practices and attempting to return products. i cancelled my order immediately after i saw that the product , neurozen, may be questionable. they ignored my cancellation request and sent out the product 2-3 days later despite my repeated e-mails to cancel the order, as well as charged me for 2 orders. during this time i received many responses offering more products that would 'enhance ' the result...red flags yet again! i am still dealing with the usps and buygoods to get the pkg back to them as a 'refused delivery' with e-mails threatening to charge me for 'restocking' charges when the fault lies with them about this whole ordeal. i have contacted my credit card company as well as filed a complaint with the ftc! i suggest everyone who has issues with buygoods do the same!

I was not too pleased with all the work/emailing/calling required to get my refund.
First calling is TOTALLY bogus. Only able to talk to AI which was a total waste of time.
Emailing worked better but required NUMEROUS correspondences to get my refund. IF I had not been EXCEPTIONALLY persistent, the refund would NOT have happened.

Refund Denied
I returned the product after receiving it because it wasn’t recommended by my doctor and couldn’t be used. I paid a total of $187.44 including tax and received a refund of $87. Company claimed the order was cancelled and fully refunded which wasn’t true. So I’m out of pocket $97.44 for a product I didn’t use and returned immediately upon receipt. Highly recommend staying away from this company and don’t do any business with them.

Records Not the Same
Buy Goods claim their records show I paid them nothing for a product purchased over the internet. My internet purchase records show Buy Goods was paid $322.96 on 9/30/25, charge was credited on 10/22/25 but was reversed and paid on 11/27/25, a net payment of $322.96 based on their records. Although Flash Burn, the seller, agrees I am due a refund of $322.96, Buy Goods has not done so. Flash Burns records indicate they received no payment from Buy Goods. I tried to cancel order within 15 hours. Would not let me. I felt the presentation with fake actors was a scam and still feel that way. They would not stop the order or refund me full amount.
Update: After a phone call they said they refunded full amount and have NOT done so.
As of 08/25/2026
I have returned all the merchandise within the specified time and have been in correspondence with Daniel Martins. Because of a "technical issue" they are still refusing to refund my money claiming their systems do not allow. They now are closing the account. I will follow up with the attorney general to file a complaint.
