I honestly don’t ever do reviews but this time I really do feel I need to, I chose this ring for the purpose of symbolising mine and my partner past present and future once I was sure this was the one my partner said he also really likes this one he brought for me, before hand I took time to research jewellers on trust pilot the metals and the diamonds I wanted ect. I want to start off by saying this jeweller has 5* rating for me this ring is absolutely beautiful photos don’t do it justice, it is solid platinum with hallmarks and comes with all documentations of the ring and diamonds, the quality of the ring is absolutely amazing and detail is out of this world, I also want to say the jewellers has very good customer care I had some queries and was able to speak with them direct on their WhatsApp number and they responded within an hour of my message they also kept me updated on the process and gave me my tracking number once they posted it and it arrived the very next day of them posting it. I’m so so happy with it all and really can’t fault anything and I WILL definitely order from them again thank you for such a beautiful ring that I’m truly in love with.

You can really trust these guys. If you are looking for diamond jewellery you really do not need to go anywhere else. I have used this company a few times now over the course if 10 years. I admit I am not in the market for anything really expensive or bespoke. But they treat EVERYBODY with respect and the time you need to make a choice, no matter what your budget. That I think is the sign of a proper customer focused company. I have ordered on line and been in store and they are kind, genuine and very very experience. Online orders are shipped securely with tracking and are well packaged. The rings we have bought have been extremely good quality and the workmanship was excellent. Even when we had a minor sizing issue, they went out of thier way to ensure that it was resolved swiftly and with next to no inconvenience. We have even had uplifts in spec for no extra charge. Can't praise them enough!

Deep, the gentleman with whom I dealt with, was patient helpful and just lovely to deal with. My ring when it arrived was sent in a timely manner and upon opening it, was absolutely stunning.

I was shopping for a reasonably priced natural diamonds tennis necklace when I found BFD online. After a couple of visits to their Hatton gardens shop I've chose an incredible piece and ordered a rose gold diamond statement ring to be made. They have provided ring cad drawing and made ring all in 2 weeks! That's incredible! Very happy with both pieces and would definitely return in future.

I visited Hatton Gardens a couple of weeks ago whilst looking for a diamond bracelet. There are A LOT of jewellery shops there, but by luck I stumbled apon BFD.
I was served by Mahsa, Sankit and Jigher all of whom were so helpful.
I chose a bracelet with a single stone but wanted a slightly bigger stone. They were so kind, made and turned it around in less than a week (and I also requested for a couple of larger links in the chain so that my daughter (who has tiny wrists ) could wear it too. My bracelet is absolutely stunning and a fraction of the price that I would have paid on the high street. I also left a diamond tennis bracelet and eternity ring (that I'd lost a couple of stones from) to be repaired, which they did beautifully and within a very short timescale.
I am so happy that I found this 'gem' (excuse the pun) of a jeweller, they have totally exceeded all my expectations of price, service and quality. I rarely write reviews but on this occasion was more than happy to provide one. Thank you all so so much. I will definitely be back to bolster my (small) collection!

Excellent jewellers. Thoughtful and patient, with brilliant quality jewellery. Couldn't ask for better from Hatton Garden.

I designed two High Jewellery pendants and asked BFD to create them to my specifications, providing my own stones. Remodelling jewellery is something BFD excel at. Both were made within two weeks, hallmarked and posted to me by Royal Mail Special delivery, presented in beautiful illuminated boxes; saving me another nightmare drive through the City. After my first visit, I also took a friend with me who wished to purchase some 2.5ct tcw diamond stud earrings and I am pleased to report she was absolutely delighted with them.

I was really wary of ordering online. Would the size be right. Would it be genuine etc. But I took the risk paying by credit card in case. It all went so smoothly and I was really impressed. When I ordered online I received a call to double check details. The ring was then made specially for me and arrived ahead of the suggested time of 2 weeks. I love it and would buy from them again

I came across this company on eBay when I was searching for an eternity ring.
They had listed a particular ring that was exactly what I wanted (Ascher cut diamonds) at a price that I could afford.
The listing said that the ring was available up to a UK size S, but if you needed larger than a P, to contact them before purchase.
So I emailed them, said I needed a Q and could they supply it, they replied saying yes, that wouldn’t be a problem, they would even make a new ring in the size I needed if I would allow a short lead time.
I thought that was great, I had no problem with waiting a bit longer, so I went ahead with the purchase and sent the money.
Fast forward to today and I get an email from them through eBay saying that the only ring they had was in a UK size i and for me to get the size I’d ordered would be another £300.
I couldn’t believe what I was reading, I’d contacted them as requested with my size requirements before purchase, they had agreed, no mention of a raised price, no mention on the listing of price per size and that there was only one size in stock!
I emailed them back and asked why they had told me they would make a ring in my size but never mentioned anything about an extra £300, the answer I got was “if you want round diamonds or princess cut I’ll do it for the price you paid”
This is sharp practice at it’s finest, how on earth can you advertise something at one price, offering it in a range of sizes and then once someone has bought it, decide you want another £300 extra?
After the experience I’ve had with this company I would advise anyone considering a purchase to think very carefully.
I don’t even know if it’s legal to sell someone something at one price and as soon as you have their money, decide you’re upping the price.
Surely once you’ve purchased something you have a contract with the supplier and they can’t just suddenly decide they want to raise the price once you’ve paid them.
I suspect I won’t be the first person this company has done this to and I’d urge anyone considering buying from them to be very, very careful or risk feeling as disappointed and scammed as I do.
This company doesn’t care about providing a good service, they are just out to get the maximum amount of money they can out of their customers who buy their items in good faith and at the price advertised.
