Formed as a separate entity in 2007, the company has routes in the town of Lowestoft going back to 1978. Godfreys IT Ltd trading as Buyaparcel has its eCommerce website, where customers can order and pay by credit and debit card, AmazonPay or PayPal. In addition we have a local trade counter in Lowestoft that is open to retail customers. Operating from Lowestoft with 40,000 square foot of stock space, Godfreys IT is a multimillion pound organisation that employs 37 people. Where possible Buyaparcel sources product direct from the manufacturer or an approved wholesaler. Most product is available for next day delivery to UK customers.

avoid at all cost

I would avoid at all cost! Bought from them from EBay and it was a terrible customer service and delivery. The delivery went missing and their response either sign a form or we can’t help you. Fortunately, eBay refunded my purchase

Good service and quality made item

Good service and quality made item. I was looking for a pressure sprayer with a funnel at the top for saver filling. The one stocked at BuyAParcel, made by Gardena, also has 2 feet points, on which you can use your feet to hold the sprayer while pumping up the pressure. Its the only one I have come accross which has these features. Furthermore I wanted to be able to clearly see how much liquid is in the sprayer, and this sprayer has a clear line on the side which makes it easy and clear to see the level of liquid is left.

Misleading advert

Misleading advert, late delivery and poor customer service
I purchased a Dewalt DCMPP568N pruner through B&Q, advertised as '+ 2 Blades'. When the item arrived — later than expected, which disrupted my project — only one spare blade was included. When I queried this, the seller initially defended themselves by claiming the blade already fitted to the tool counted as one of the '+ 2 Blades'. Only after I challenged this firmly did they change their position and blame B&Q for linking the wrong listing to their product.
The advert was misleading, the delivery was late, and it took multiple exchanges to get any meaningful resolution. I would not recommend this seller and will be reporting the misleading listing to B&Q directly.

As you remained dissatisfied, we were more than happy to offer a free return, including a range of convenient options such as a collection service, as we would never want a customer to keep an item they are unhappy with. Your return was processed and a full refund issued promptly.

We’re also sorry that your delivery did not arrive within the expected timeframe. While we work hard to ensure orders are delivered on schedule, occasional delays can occur. We continually review these instances to improve our service and minimise disruption for our customers.

Purchased a makita duc355 chainsaw with…

Purchased a makita duc355 chainsaw with batteries kit. Website I would say is a little confusing as there are so many packages and sometimes it is t quite clear what’s what. However their pricing is the keenest I saw for my product.

Ended up phoning and they answered my questions.

Their cutoff for next day delivery at £2.99 is 3pm and I had phoned just minutes before that and the guy mentioned it was unlikely to hit the cut off by the time I placed the order.

Anyway placed placed the order online at 2:58 on Thursday with no expectation but surprise there wa any parcel delivers just after lunchtime by DHL the following day. Everything perfectly packaged and all boxes sealed.

Great service and would buy from again for sure

Advertised the product I wanted as…

Advertised the product I wanted as being in stock, with more than ten available, when they actually did not have any! After three weeks item still not come back in to stock with no communication from seller and me having to chase the order! Order cancelled.

I bought a table saw from these jokers…

I bought a table saw from these jokers only for them to email me and tell me that it was out of stock and the stock wouldn’t be doing for some time. They offered me a refund but also offered me the chance to wait for the stock to come in. As I bought it for a good price, I said that I was in no rush and that I would wait for it to come into stock. They then sent me another email saying that they wouldn’t have stock for ages and that they were going to give me a refund. They then re-advertise the saw on their site for £242 more than I paid for it. Absolute liars and conmen. If you see anything on their sites that you think is a great price, don’t be fooled, because they will cancel it, and then lie about not having stock. AVOID!!!

Bad Seller, Bad Service and Communication

I'm warning you about this eBay seller. There's no contact after the sale, and they don't respond to messages.
They ship via DHL eCommerce courier. They require a signature and require personal pickup with ID. There's no way to contact DHL eCommerce. The phone line is a stupid automated system. They don't work on weekends, you can't change the delivery address, and there's no option to leave it with a neighbor or at a collection point. They say you can pick up your parcel from Exeter, 30 miles from Torquay. DHL eCommerce is some kind of unfunny joke.
If I buy a tool (sander), it means it works, so how am I supposed to sit at home and wait for the courier?!
Don't use this seller; don't waste your time or money.

I have never used this company before

I have never used this company before. Very pleased with service provided. This branded tool was cheaper than anywhere else. Ultra fast delivery and all arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

Poor to non existent customer support

Order was sent out but sadly got damaged beyond repair and undeliverable by evri. Connected customer service to tell them very slow with the first and only reply. Asked for a replacement to be sent out rather than a refund. Sent three more email replying directly to their email, all were ignored. No communication after that. Luckily I used PayPal and the refunded my money. Very poor customer support. I personally wouldn’t buy anything again. Customer support number says they’re busy and cuts you off. Impossible to get through.

When a PayPal case was later opened, this was taken as confirmation that you wished to receive a refund, which was then processed accordingly.

We’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching us by phone. While our lines can be busier at certain times, we do have agents available throughout the majority of our opening hours, and we’re continually working to improve accessibility and response times.

Excellent value for money for a good…

Excellent value for money for a good make of product I was researching. Package dispatched and delivered quickly despite adverse weather. Was pleased to be able to purchase through B&Q with free shipping; this same seller charges the same price for the product on eBay but for some reason charges extra for shipping.

Scammers, avoid at all costs!

They are selling items (in my case Telescopic Support Bars) on B&Q and while the specified number of pieces in the product description is two and the product pictures suggest they come in pairs, they only send out one item! Attempts to contact the seller for a solution to the problem remain unanswered!
