Bought a Flying lesson experience for myself - although I later realised I could have had 22% off (for signing up with Buyagift as a first time customer) rather than the standard 20% off - so...before buying from them - SIGN UP FIRST, AND CHECK YOUR E-MAILS FOR AN INTRODUCTORY MONEY OFF CODE!! A very helpful advisor offered to cancel the original purchase (20% off) so I could use the 22% off - but I declined due to being already wait-listed for the lesson - however their conduct was exemplary - and they are the cheapest of the voucher websites for that flight lesson

I wish i could give them no stars. My parents bought me a voucher for my birthday and i have had nothing but trouble trying to redeem my voucher.
It was a 2 night overnight stay in Edinburgh and any of the dates i kept searching to stay i had to pay additional fees. I then tried to change the voucher which already costed £189.99 for a different experience to which some of the experiences i had to pay money before finding out if they had availability!!! It is just a money making scheme. I finally found some dates in Edinburgh that a hotel was "included" then when you go to redeem there is an additional fee that there was no previous information of. I tried contacting customer service.... HA! what customer service? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
The booking process is extremely complicated, i have been trying to book this experience for nearly 9 MONTHS! and I'm still having no luck. IT IS A SCAM.

I have found the whole process of redeeming and using the gift cards very difficult. I have registered the cards but I don't know how to spend the gifted money. I don't know if it can be only used online or in store as the information seems contradictory. It has taken me many hours to get this far .

You cannot book any of the hotels you want to stay in without a huge supplement. It’s an awful gift and so sad the purchaser isn’t aware of this. Contacting the company for help consists of a AI chat so don’t bother.
Consider buying another voucher from a department store for your recipient, at least it will be used.

Had a problem with my voucher for RHS gardens, could not complete the online registration form.
Buyagift always replied to my emails.
Managed to resolve it after several emails to Buyagift and contacting RHS.
