I wish I could give zero stars. This company should be avoided. In my experience, it operates in a misleading and potentially scam‑like manner.

The website lists a UK returns address, but this is only a forwarding location to their main office in Poland, and they do not process refunds until the product has arrived there. During this process:

- Customers have no traceability of the shipment beyond the UK address.

- Customers have no visibility into the status or timeline of the refund.

- Receiving a refund feels entirely dependent on luck, rather than a clear and reliable process.

Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating and, in my view, wholly unacceptable.

Polish based company and I was ordering from the UK. Annoying that the 5-7 day delivery time wasn’t made clearer. But to be fair to them, having emailed to check, they confirmed this at 0630 on Monday morning and issued my refund by 0700.

My order was accepted but the promised tracking link did not materialise. On querying this, I was told that owing to a system error, my order was cancelled and my money refunded. On checking, there was indeed a credit. Why was I not informed?

I ordered Ugg boots and they didn't fit me properly. So I had to return them. I did what was stated on their website and the return form and even though I paid for the shipping, the courier company sent me an email saying that the reciever (Butyjana) did not accept the item. I'm going crazy! And I still don't know if I'll get my money back.

A real waste of time!

Very reliable company with a wilde range of products

Easy website. Great prices. Delivered from Poland in 11 days which is pretty damn quick nowadays. Trainers are perfect. Would definitely buy from them again.

JUST DON'T.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Package hasn't left Poland since I ordered it 3 weeks ago. Despite their website stating in huge letters "next day shipping" when you order.

They've so far blamed the weather & brexit for the parcel not reaching me. And won't issue me a refund.

No idea if it's ever going to turn up or if I will get my money back.

Fantastic customer service! 🤩 i had to return some shoes 2 times and they were just so helpfull!
The return was free and they were just so sweet and helpfull at ther customer service. I bought some Skechers shoes, i have tried it at my store and it was just the same. The item came very fast to Denmark! 🤩

I found the Saloman walking shoes i wanted at the lowest price available anywhere at Butyjana. Their customer service was first class when i inadvertantly entered my address incorrectly. They answered my email straight away and corrected my error. The postage cost was very reasonable and my order arrived quickly and on time. A perfect transaction and my shoes are perfect too.

Horrible store!!! Shipping defecting items and do not want to accept it back!

Accidently ordered shoes in the wrong size. I tried to cancel the order immediately after the mistake where made, then after a day some lady textet me, that said i needed to send the package back (which i havent recieved.) and now it is too late… And because there was nothing wrong with the package that they have sent, means that i won’t recieve a return label, so i need to pay the delivery myself.

Ordered trainers for holiday looks like I may get them for next years holiday,they don’t tell you they come from Poland,just say next day dispatch and if you use tracking they bounce all over Poland and sometimes go back to depot,waste of time don’t bother

Non-issue what so every. Deliver time was speedy and quick as outlined. Goods arrive excatly what it said on the tin and the right size. No issue and will buy again. Thanks guys

It won’t be in the right size, or be anywhere near on time, but you will get it.
