i bought a pair of gutter cleaners but there was no poles. tried to return and get a refund, sent photos but never heard from them again, waste of space, terrible communication, will never use this site again

I purchased three of
the beautiful glasses with crystal
art design, gold
rim tops, no card. no box such poor
quality. the stickers are bubbling up and even broke in places. emailed asking for a refund was offered 40% told
to accept or pay the return and the glasses would likely get lost and i would
lose everything. Very nasty company to
deal with.
I went to my bank to claim the money back. still waiting. Do not buy from
this
company. I’ve seen the same glasses on temu at a much cheaper price. Total scam company. avoid at all costs

Purchased two squishies advent calenders that are absolute rubbish. Please do not waste your money. Tiny and terrible quality. There is no returns information included and despite 2 emails for advice on how to return, no response. Lesson learned do not purchase stuff advertised on Facebook!

This company is 100% scam. We ordered two sea animal glasses with gold rim on top of the glasses and they should have come with a gift card and box. When they arrived they were cheap crap that look nothing like those advertised. They came in a plain boxes and no gift card. We were offered a part refund of 40% and we can keep the glasses. There is no way to send the items back and no address was even given. I would'nt give these glasses to a charity shop they are that bad. They might be ok for stacking old paint brushes in but that's about it!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED THREE KITS AND WHEN THE ORDER FINALLY ARRIVED I GOT THREE DIFFERENT ITEMS ALTOGETHER. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

This rating is generous. I purchased a product and paid via Klarna. Never received any correspondence from the company and there is no way on the website of making contact with them. Should have been delivered by last week at the very longest timescale.

Ordered sea glass art kits. Took ages to arrive and they are not sea glass - just cheap acrylic stick-ons.

Scam product. The kit contains 8 tiny pieces of fabric, thread and a needle. No templates, no instructions. They advertise this as Oversized for door display. With the material provided I might be able to cover the door handle.
Refund requested.
