They are so attentive and organised..

I was very disappointed with our experience at this nursery. Communication was poor, and the staff always seemed busy to properly address our concerns. I also didn’t find the front desk staffs particularly friendly.

The biggest concern was my child’s wellbeing. He cried every day at drop-off pick up and became anxious about going to nursery. And I understand , children cry at the beginning and gradually settles down. However, as a parent, I had this feeling that my child wasn’t happy and fell sick with high temperature on the second day of nursery.

Since moving to a different nursery, the difference has been incredible. He now happily goes in every morning, enjoys his day, and comes home smiling. This experience showed us how much a caring environment and good communication matter.

Every child is different, and this was simply my experience. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this nursery.

Since our child started in late 25 the Nottingham nursery of busy bees they have been so caring and thoughtful.
Not only is it reasonably priced but self audited with the management structure so aligned and integrated with the staff.
I genuinely feel comfortable and assured leaving my child here.

Great know falts

Lovely nursery. The staff are all brilliant and caring. My kids are well looked after here.

My little boy absolutely loves it here! Hes thriving within his nursery placement and i can see a huge development in his learning of new skills, speech, behaviour and making friendships.

The staff are excellent. Very caring and always give updates on my children’s day. They both really enjoy there time there.

Great nursery, feels like family. Our son is very happy there from the beginning and sometimes even doesn’t want to leave.

I have a 1 year old son and he loves being at nursery especially playing in the huge garden! The whole team have been amazing throughout starting nursery and I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and how nurturing they are!!

My daughter attended Busy Bees Glenalmond in St Albans for only two days because the experience was so upsetting. She was not given the care, attention, or reassurance that a young child needs when starting nursery. I felt that no one made a real effort to help her settle in or make her feel safe and welcome.

As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see how distressed she became after just two days. This has been the worst nursery experience my daughter and I have ever had. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this nursery.

All of the staff are amazing, my child has progressed so much since joining!

Our boys love going here, the girls are great with them and will always help us out if we’re on our own dropping off or picking up our triplets! They are always out in the garden as much as possible playing and they are always so happy so thank you

The most wonderful nursery. The teachers are so full of passion and love for my kids; so much so that I drive out of the way to bring my youngest now that my eldest is in school. He has settled in perfectly and is coming along very well after 6 months. Thanks so much Busy Bees!

Busy Bees Colton Mill - Allows staff member to return to the setting after force feeding a child. The incident caused distress to staff and children who witnessed the event, yet no action has been taken against the staff member, instead they have been allowed to return! The company is a disgrace and parents deserve to know the truth about higher management, dealing with the nursery and how they process decision making after the nursery recently reopened.

Take your money for a place message them to say your parent has died and nothing. I never recommend

Staff are v.friendly with children and the curriculum is meant to be very good, also a nice outdoor space. So why 1 star? Because increasingly the centre is subject to frequent short notice closures due to weather/ staff shortages etc - and on the former they have been very slow to address - so expect to have to pick up your child at short notice in summer/ that it won't be open. (Currently over June/ July it stands at 6 days closed). Now if you have a flexible employer this might be less of an issue (but even then don't expect a refund or discount) - however given how expensive childcare is I would currently recommend looking at one of the many other centres that have aircon available until busy bees address

Staff are so very welcoming. They take incredible care of the children. They have the children's best interests at heart. My daughter comes home with a smile on her face and cant wait to go back the next day. Would recommend to anyone whose nervous about their baby starting nursery as they make every effort to ensure both you and your child settle in nicely.

Poor management

We are extremely happy with Busy Bees Nursery kingsway. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and approachable. They take the time to listen to any concerns and are always happy to help and support both children and parents. My son, Ibrahim, absolutely loves spending time at nursery and enjoys being with his wonderful teachers. He often comes home talking about the fun activities he has done and says such lovely things about his teachers, which gives me great peace of mind as a parent. Seeing how happy and excited he is to go to nursery every day means a lot to us. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking for a caring, friendly, and supportive nursery. Thank you so much to all the staff specially (jade, hylae, Chloe and there are few more am sorry I don’t remember the name )for everything you do for Ibrahim!
