I have ordered twice from Bushwear. First time the wrong size trousers were sent out to me, so I returned them and asked for a replacement pair. No correspondence received until an email telling me a refund was being processed. Then my order was cancelled.
Second time I ordered two other items, one received quickly, the other due to be despatched a couple of weeks later. Several weeks passed again no communication from Bushwear, then another email for a refund, with no explanation.
Poor show from a company with a better reputation. If they can’t fulfill the orders, why are they still advertising the items and sizes I ordered at the same prices?

This is only the second time purchasing from Bushwear, and again the order process to the delivery was faultless.
The confimation of the order...the dispatch...confirmation of delivery date, all came through swiftly.
The range of products and clothing on the site is great 👍, top quality outdoor gear from professional outdoor workers to daily woods and forests dog walkers, they have some great prices.
For my purchases of such, I'll definitely continue to use Bushwear, I'd recommend highly from my experience.

These days we are all becoming desensitised to poor service, it seems to be everywhere, where getting things resolved is like herding cats uphill. But I can honestly say not so with Bushwear. I was keen to buy a Deerhunter heated jacket for a trip I am making next week and when I saw one at a great price from Amazon in my size XL, I placed an order expecting the usual Prime delivery. Unfortunately the confirmation came back saying delivery September 3rd obviously of no value to me. Contacting Amazon they put me in touch with Bushwear who looked up the detail and thankfully spotted the order says 5XL not XL. After contacting Amazon again they asked Bushwear to amend the order which they did without question and I received my proper order the next day. This is an example of outstanding communication and service from a firm that is clearly customer centric and will be my first port-of-call in future. Incidentally, my jacket is perfect. Lightweight, beautifully tailored with quality details such as zips, just waiting on a powerbank now to try the heating elements, but I am equally sure it will be most satisfactory. Update! Used a 5k battery this morning and it's marvellous and perfect for early mornings before the house heating comes on.

Chris and Isla in the Stirling branch provided excellent professional and knowledgeable service as usual.

Order was delayed and I was very impressed with the information from BushWear. I was kept up to date by customer service and the order subsequently arrived a few days later. The item was very well packaged. Full marks to them for keeping me informed and going the extra mile to ensure the package arrived as soon as possible.

An excellent company that were extremely accommodating, gave an excellent price and were all round great. Sadly we weren't able to find our lost tortoise (we miss you squeaky!) but when we needed to extend our rental for a few days, they responded so quickly and were very good. Also, the delivery was good and the technology amazing! Thank you!

Product all good and delivery fine, just have been hounded by promotional emails ever since. They do not seem to recognize what unsubscribe means.

This company is a first class shopping experience,plenty of variety of items for outdoor sport.

Excellent. Ordered boots for stalking - didn't fit. Free return. Received different boots having phoned and spoken to Andrew (?); a real person, on site, who explained sizing and was very helpful. New boots arrived and I received a refund without hassle from the first, non-fitting, pair.
I could have bought the second pair slightly cheaper on line but the service at Bushwear, real / helpful person on the phone and free returns meant I felt a certain loyalty. I' ve bought other things here and will definitely go back. Very good service.
If buying Meindl boots NB they size in UK sizes; the euro sizing is inaccurate.

Due to an error on the size guide the wrong size was delivered. The jacket was exactly what I was looking for but when I asked to exchange the item for the correct size Bushwear would not honour the price I originally paid due to the sale ending, requiring me to pay a further £45. This was unacceptable and showed little interest in customer satisfaction.
