I ordered some chairs online from a subsidiary / related company and six weeks later I am still waiting for delivery. The customer service at Bushwakka has been unhelpful. I cannot get any accurate information on where my products are, when they will be delivered. 4 emails, 5 phone calls and no progress. I have requested a refund and am waiting for their response.
I am extremely disappointed.
Product, in my view, is cheap and weak structurally. The gas strut bent on closing and BW say because it has not happened before - it must have been forced or closed incorrectly and could not be a manufacturing issue. Really how do force close it or do it incorrectly?? they fobbed me off to a local repairer. Also the pole hooks are so thin they do not hold the gas struts when closed. I suspect a cheap foreign made components ( my opinion). Also the gas struts seem tight at 400N more than is needed in my view ( hence the clip does not hold the arm when closed). Overall - BW just not interested in me after selling.. I can get better service/product elsewhere ( product - extreme square). PS struts are cheap and on ebay.. just need right size - BW could have been more interested and helpful.
Purchased an awning from Bushwakka, in part because of positive reports on their customer service. After an order problem, these guys went well and truly above and beyond to solve the issue. Comments on their customer service are understated.
I have never dealt with a more genuine and legitimately helpful, honest business. These guys are absolutely amazing with customer service and stand behind their brand, their products and their business. In a saturated industry, customer service can make all the difference, and reputation is everything; these folks are impeccable. #loyalty #respect
