The wi-fi did not work, but it did not matter as we had an amazing bus driver, Andrew, Drew for short, to keep us company with sharing tales all day to Dundee and from Edinburgh. Looking outside to enjoy the sights of their huge windows, with their comfortable, clean seats, was also a highlight. We chose to go to a farm 20 minutes North of Dundee for our anniversary, and the ride was smooth and on time for our stops, which are in convenient locations in my opinion, being an outside tourist. The app and website is easy to navigate and purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
I purchased bus tickets on your website on the 18th. Due to a mistake in the booking date, I made an incorrect reservation. I contacted the bus company, and they cancelled my tickets that same day and promised a full refund. I then contacted your company multiple times via email and left numerous messages in the website's customer service chat, but received no response whatsoever. I now want to know when I can expect to receive my money back.

STRANDED By Wrong Bus Time, Zero Customer Support When It Matters
DO NOT USE AS YOU CANNOT TRUST THE DEPARTURE TIMES AND THERE IS NO EMERGENCY CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED. We bought tickets for a 6 hour bus from Puerto Montt, Chile to Bariloche, Argentina with a departure time of 14:30. This was confirmed after booking several times, including in a ticket emailed to us the day before travel. However, when we arrived at the bus station, the bus time was 13:30 and it had already left. The operator informed us that this seasonal schedule change had happened weeks prior, meaning Busbud had sent us completely outdated and incorrect tickets.
We were left completely stranded with no further buses running that day, we had to scramble for overnight accommodation and our onward plans were completely disrupted.
We found that Busbud has zero emergency telephone assistance. When you are stranded, you are left entirely on your own. It took days for a human, rather than Chester the bot, to reply to our urgent messages.
At this stage they have refunded the original false tickets, but they are actively refusing to take any responsibility for the direct financial fallout of their mistake. I have given them every opportunity to resolve the situation by reimbursing our emergency overnight accommodation and replacement ticket costs. Instead, they tried to pass the buck to the operator and offered a useless 10% discount code. They had one job to sell me a simple bus ticket with the correct time on it.
AVOID THEM and book directly with the bus companies.
