Online booking and e-tickets are smooth and easy! I especially liked the reminder notice when I did not complete a booking with all my choices to date, saved and ready to confirm or cancel! I was frustrated as I wanted to book a different departure point to my point of arrival. I had to use online chat assistance. I feel this should not be necessary.

False advertising No Toilet,No WiFi,No Charging Outlets

The bus has no toilet no WiFi no charging outlets, I have asked the driver to stop after 2 h 30 m and he stopped at a petrol station we needed to buy something to use the toilets and with us coming back in the bus a view Bulgarians which I am ashamed of as I am Bulgarian made a scandal and jumped at amus why we needed a toilet so we needed to explain all of a sudden why we need a toilet could you believe that Circus!
