Really helpful service
Brilliant service, ordered some clothing which took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive but this is due to DPD not Burgtec. Quality of the clothing was brilliant, so much so I ordered another one and they were so easy to use and quick to respond with the exchange so delighted with it.
The only reason its not 5 stars is I ordered two jumpers in size medium and in two colours. there is quite a bit of size difference between the two. I get not all clothes will be identical in size but its far more noticeable than it should be but generally been a good experience and happy with the first jumper, just need to try get another one that is sized right.

Burgtec -excellently engineered, exceptional customer service.
Burgtec make excellently engineered, high quality components and have exceptional customer service. I also love that they give you a free air freshener for the car and also I asked if they could throw in any stickers lying around and they did, my nephews will be chuffed!
I can't recommend Burgtec enough for their exceptional customer service and high quality after market bicycle components.

Great pedals
Great pedals, look fabulous on the bike and work very well. Also the black anodising seems durable unlike some other pedals l have used.
Unfortunately l damaged one pedal when l hit a rock with it. l returned the pedals to Burgtec and they basically rebuilt them free of charge, including two new pedal bodies and new axles.
These pedals are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. l recommend them unreservedly.
UPDATE
11 months (and 2,500 miles) of off-road thrashing, rock hits, crashes and Peak District mud, and one of the bearings had become stiff.
l returned the pedals to Burgtec for a service. l didn't expect, nor ask for, a warranty repair.
l received the pedals back fully overhauled at no charge!! You can't argue with service like that.

Not 'only' top quality components but…
Not 'only' top quality components but also great people to deal with.
I have had some problems with my returns via Royal Mail at some point though parcel was lost. I have contacted Burgtec and they got my back covered right away.
Big thanks to Tom for all the support.
Totally recommend!

I've bought a few products from Burgtec through my local bike shop, I really like the brand
I've got a set of bars, stem, peddles, grips and some shock bushes. I genuinely love the pedals and been really impressed with overall quality of everything, never heard a bad thing about Burgtec
