Burberry; classic incompetence
I spent £750 online and stuff was due to be delivered on Wednesday. I never received the stuff and , I'm disabled, and was told to go 2 miles from my home to UPS drop off point to pick up item.
I phoned Buttberry's Kate, she was so officialous and pedantic and did nothing but bully me on the phone with her tone of voice.
They plan to deliver on Friday.
I won't be purchasing anything from them again.
Update: they delivered first thing Friday morning.
