Bunsoy Services Ltd are reliable for Air/Sea Freight. Their services are good, and they provide door-to-door.
I used their services for the UK to Nigeria and Nigeria to the UK.

I have used Bunsoy for about six years now for my shipping and airfreight. Mostly between UK and Nigeria. My experience is that they are very a very responsive service and competitive on pricing. When any snags come up they team are quick to respond and provide solutions. A big thank you to their team based in Milton Keynes and agent in Jos as well.

The communication, prompt service and my parcel got to the destination before my expectation.

I have been engaging the services of Bunsoy Services Ltd(for my UK-NIGERIA deliveries) for over 4 years and I haven't been disappointed once . Pick-up to delivery in Lagos or Port Harcourt is always smooth. So when I give a client a lead time to deliver any item I order for them from the UK, I am confident of not disappointing them.

Bunsoy goes above and beyond every single time. On my last shipment distpatch had destroyed my bag while sending to Bunsoy they received it damaged and informed me immediately and while I was freaking out they took time to repackage and ensure my items were safe. I like this service because there’s is no hidden charges - goods gets cleared without additional charges unlike other organisations I have tried.

For example

#OCSWorldwide who under price their services and will hold on customers goods until extra charges is exploited.

#RoyalMail even destroys parcels of naive paying customers at short notice resulting in owners loss.

#ParcelMonkey has no real human to communicate with - just robots !

Extremely poor customer service. Misplace your valuable goods and the irresponsible director comes up with the most ridiculous excuse for the missing goods in his care. He has no knowledge of the consumer rights act of 2015 as he doesn't care. He has made comments like "we cannot be held liable for misplaced or damaged goods in our care". Avoid at all cost as you might regret it.
