Hello, I bought a Giant bike which arrived a few days ago. Everything was great, bike was well packed, the components are mounted as it should and the rear derailleur is a level higher than it should be! I found pedals inside the box in a bag with bunnyhop logo which was nice surprise. I will return here again if I will look for another bike.

Ordered bike and it was 8-14 days delivery time. Now after 2 months still no bike and no date when i will receive it. They are not giving any update about the order if you don’t ask yourself.

I bought a Giant MTB from bunny hop.de. Price was good and delivered to Ireland in less than 2 weeks

The frame developed a fault and Bunnyhop organised the warranty process for me and sent me a new frame free of charge once the manufacturer confirmed the warranty.

The customer service is very good. They answer always really fast and were really nice. But there were 2 problems with my order.

The fist one is was the shipping time. I ordered an Bike and the availability and shipping on the site was estimated for up to 7 days. I got the bike after a month (Switzerland). But that is not so important taking into account the circumstances we're right now (Corona).

The second problem appeared afterwards. When I received the bike it turns out the chain was skipping when I pressed the pedals harder. I've tried to manually regulate this but it turns out the problem was that the cassette and the chain were very poor. I replaced it in the nearest bike service (additional 100Chf spent). Afterwards it works very good. I get it's a problem of the bike but it should be checked by the seller. Especially that the bike was mounted (and apparently also regulated and checked before shipment).

I was really disappointed. 1 Month of waiting then few days of service and additional costs.

The only good is that I finally got the bike and my wife is happy with it after the repair. The particular model was only available at Bunnyhop the the moment of the order so kudos for having it on stock.

I purchased Giant Revolt bike from bunnyhop.de. After 200km of normal riding the frame developed a crack. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I don't have a Giant retailer in my area so I contacted bunnyhop.de for the warranty claim. At first bunnyhop.de replied that they will help me with the warranty and shipping of the bike. Now they ignore me and no longer answer my emails. BE AWARE, IF YOU BUY BIKE ONLINE from BUNNYHOP YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and BUNNYHOP WILL IGNORE YOU.

Very nice website with great selection and special offers to say the least and communication is swift pro oriented. Overseas purchase is no problem, because warrenty claims is still available and you can talk to bike mechanics about it and bunnyhop stays flexible. Crop of the cream is plentyful as they never seem to disappoint.

I have bought both race bike and frame kit here, good communication throughout the process.
Both shipments were very properly packed.
Only minus, they only use bank transfer or Paypal as payment method ... Credit card will from my point of view give the last star !
