From our investigation, it appears that Royal Mail were unable to complete the original delivery and the parcel was subsequently returned to us. We appreciate that this is frustrating, especially when you have already paid for your order and were expecting it to arrive.
The good news is that the parcel is fully insured while in transit and, now that it has been returned to us, we will arrange for it to be sent out again as soon as possible.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the failed delivery and appreciate your patience while we get this resolved. We hope to have your order back on its way to you shortly.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Particularly Charlotte, who made me feel confident purchasing from you for the first time.
Only concern was that the delivery driver left the package unattended in an out building that was not authorised, even though I was home awaiting its arrival.

We do offer next-day delivery for orders once they have been dispatched. As clearly explained on our website, orders are normally dispatched the same day, unless we require further information to satisfy our security and compliance requirements.
It is perfectly normal for us to request KYC information where additional checks are required. These checks are an important part of our processes and are in place to help protect both our customers and our business. While we appreciate that this can be frustrating when you are working to a particular date, we cannot dispatch an order until any required checks have been satisfactorily completed.
Once the necessary information has been provided and the checks are complete, your order will be dispatched using our next-day delivery service.
We’re sorry that this has affected your plans for the birthday gift, but we hope this clarifies why the order has not yet been dispatched and why the KYC request was made.
