Cheap, great quality, fast shipping

Ordered EAA and protein bars and the bars were that melted they were liquid in the packaging. We throw them out. What a waste of money. Pack ya shit better.

Bulk Nutrients is by far the best value for money when it comes to whey protein. Amazing 'mixability', taste and price.

Great products but they lost a star for charging shipping fees even for bulk purchases. Throw in the $9 shipping for $500 worth of supplements you cheapskates haha.

I have been using bulk nutrients WPI and WPC for 2 years now, the shipping is fast and reliable, the products are delicious and the customer support if quick and efficient. I love bulk nutrients!!

Very disappointing experience overall.

My protein arrived in packaging that did not feel properly sealed, which raised genuine concerns about freshness and food safety, so I chose not to consume it.

Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of these concerns rather than reassuring. Although a return was eventually offered, the return process was frustrating, and I did not receive a full refund after returning the product unopened.

Between the packaging issue, poor customer service, and the refund outcome, this was a bad first impression. I won’t be ordering again.

As a regular customer I've developed faith in the quality of Bulk Nutrients. Recently I ordered in error and asked for a refund. It was immediately accepted. This adds to my impression that customers' needs really are of concern, and it adds to my confidence in their products.

I've been using bulk Nutrients for years. But in 12 months (Feb 2025 to Jan 2026) they have increased their WPI powder price from $46 to $68. A near 50% increase in price in 12 months is insane.

I have been using Bulk Nutrients for about 3 years and since buying from them I have felt no need to go into a supplement shop. Bulk Nutrients always has both affordable and good quality Aussie products! If you are in Australia and don't use them as your primary supplement source then you need to take a look. I am constantly recommending to friends, they are great.

Price increases are ridiculous
50% increase in just over 12 months is just plain wild

I have an invoice from 31 January 2025 for WPI $48
I just purchased on 23 January 2026 the same WPI for $68

Thats a 41.7% price increase. So sure - not _quite_ 50% increase but damn near, excuse my rounding up.

Ordered BULK NUTRIENTS (banana) flavor. Terrible taste, too sweet for my liking and aweful after taste. Just had it 2 times and stopped. Emailed them, received response that since package is open we cant take it back or refund. Understood.

I have tried all popular whey proteins available in the market Musashi, Optimum Nutrition, WheyIso, Nestle Nutren and this was the WORST tasted. I was looking for sugar less or low sugar whey isolate.

But here's my response, taste is terrible and very water even after mixing. I am not gonna try again or recommend.

Have dealt with this company several times now, and will not go anywhere else. Their range is exactly what we need, pricing is very competitive, and when needed, the customer service is excellent.
