Worse than LinkedIn

The job market has been challenging to navigate. Many start-ups on this site seem to lack strong communication and interpersonal skills. When hiring teams or managers do respond, the tone can sometimes feel unprofessional, and follow-ups are inconsistent, even after requesting a response to schedule a second interview. I’m convinced most of these job listings aren’t real and companies are just gathering information/wasting peoples time that are genuinely looking for employment.
