Hi Buildium

Hi Buildium
I was helped by the customer service executive her name was JAV . She has great customer orientation and truly a subject matter expert. It was a "WOW experience" interacting with her as she was trying to help. Pleasant person with customer centricity. Please hire more profiles like "Jav". She was the best!

Great communication & processes!

Everyone has always been extremely helpful, patient & kind when I have called with questions. If there's something I'm confused by & need help understanding they always go through it with me thoroughly to help me understand the process. Love how easy Buildium is to get ahold of & how great their communication & kindness is!

Very helpful every time I call

Very helpful every time I call. I have a lot of trouble with the accounting, and when I need help understanding reports, I always have an "aha" moment when someone from Bulildium understands - I recently spoke with Jaz, and she was just incredible and so kind. Highly recommend Buildium.
